I liked your storyline, illustrations and how you created the book this way. Great job! This is why I wanted to give you five stars. Angela
I hope you will look and read my ebooks too under my pen name, Sunny Light and give them some nice review ratings too as I have given you Sigal, please? I am new at being a children's author and illustrator. I had started from scratch to get these many ebooks written and illustrated with minimal helps. Were you ever in my shoes in this case and wished others would help you too by reading and giving you nice reviews to encourage others to do the same? Thanks for hearing me out and offer to help those who had helped you? Have a Great and safe week Sigal! Sunny Light or Angela Lambkin. Thank you!
This would great around Halloween to help children to learn how to wait for their turn. This story is about a monster that is learning to be polite and not a bully and wait for his turn.
I Hate to Wait [Kindle Unlimited]— Sigal Adler (picture book) July 12, 2019
Another great picture book by this author. Illustration and rhyming text works well together with another great learning experience for the youngest reader.
Fun for adults to read to the young’s or by themselves! Translates well into Kindle format.
Little monster was being very impolite and misbehaving. But everyone else waiting in line was being very rude to him too, which added to his behavior. In the end, he learned to wait his turn and be polite. It's just too bad the other people couldn't have handled the situation better.
The rhyme in this book was smooth and the pictures were good and matched the story clearly. I felt something else could have been substituted for the girl sticking out her tongue. Overall, I felt it was good at teaching the importance of waiting.
The book teaches about need kind and nice... But apparently when you're in costume on Halloween night you don't have to be... I know that's not what the book was trying to teach. It's a very cute book but didn't relay it's message entirely...
An amazing story with a wonderful lesson everyone could learn.
A nice little children's book with a powerful lesson. We absolutely loved the story, and I loved the underlined morale lesson the author chose. I would greatly recommend this book to any parent!!!
Unfortunately all the women I know named Karen are lovely... I stan for my Karens. But yeah, this teaches kids not to be dicks. All about that life. Y'all ever met a Richard who goes by Dick?
It has a great lesson with a cute main character, a monster named Harry. It was a great read for our kiddos and even better since it is so close to Halloween. I bought most of the books by this author too and I can't wait to read the rest tk my girls.
It’s Harry Monster’s fave time of the year! Halloween! But a long line at the costume shop makes him wait, and he hates to wait. See what happens when his patience runs thins.
With wonderfully vibrant illustrations! A fun read!
On every night except one, Halloween, Harry Monster must be polite and good. He found a pirate costume he wants but the line is long. He tried to cut in. "Out of my way!". He yells shouting at the crowd. They were there first and not afraid. A grandma even steps on his foot. Harry starts to cry and decided to wait in the line. There are times when we all have a hard time waiting in a line. Now admit it, yes we do. We have all wondered what it would be like to be a monster. I enjoyed this book about the polite and kind monster. Do you think there might be a little Harry Monster in all of us. What did the crowd do for him? I found this book on a website for Kindle Unlimited Stories and so can you.
