A book looking at the often undiagnosed condition of hypothyroidism, and conditions that are related. Mostly clear and fairly convincing, but a bit repetitive and with little advice other than to go to a doctor and get natural thyroid medication.

Supplementation of thyroid is a solve most. The thyroid gland is responsible for the function of every cell in the human body. Dr. Langer goes into an easy method of determining if you have hypothyroidism, which medication serves to best treat hypothyroidism, and how much should be given incrementally to optimize the patient. It's a doctor's must read and an education for the hypothyroid patient.
