I admit that I have never taken barbeque as something serious my entire life. After all, it is all about grilling meats over a source of heat, right? Well, turns out I was wrong all along. BBQ parties are one of the events that we and our families often do when things are worth to celebrate. Whether it's a birthday, graduation, or just celebrating the arrival of brothers who come from outside the city. Usually, they are all satisfied with the taste that I created with my own BBQ recipe. But when I knew there was this book, I tried to read it and try the recipes in it, the results were amazing. Even when only families are invited, the neighbors now want to take part in the BBQ made by me. I feel amazing, and I feel like I'm a 'King' BBQ in the neighborhood where I live. How cool is that!

One of the best book I've ever read. I am a wife and mother of 2 sons. My husband, Brand, and my two children, we love what provided in this book. I have to admit, I am not a reliable chef, my two children even asked me to go find a cooking course to improve my cooking skills. And on my journey to find cooking courses, I saw this book ad on the internet. As soon as I enter and read all the information on the official website, I decide to buy the book. Although at first there was little doubt, because you know, the internet, we have to be careful in it. But it turns out, it's the best purchase I've ever done!

So there was this barbeque competition in my neighborhood recently. I decided to participate knowing full well that this would be an easy win for me. At the day of the race, I fix my grill and everyone was left in awe with the aftertaste my dish left in their mouth. Even my opponents couldn’t resist the temptation and conceded in the process. BBQ is my life! Whether it's brisket, ribs, chicken or turkey meat, as long as it's smoked and by barbecue, I will eat it. I love BBQ so much since I was 7 years old that I am now 44 years old and have 3 sweet children and a wonderful husband. Because of my madness to BBQ, my husband came to me one day with a gift. And when I open it is Bill's book. At first, I lacked enthusiasm and slight disdain. But when I read the recipes and try to practice it at home, waw, my view of it all just disappears.

I'm a chef at a BBQ restaurant in a city on the outskirts of Spain. And I at first strongly believed that our BBQ recipe was one of the best in the country. However, in 2008 my team and I tried to attend a BBQ championship held in our area. And the result turned out that we only came out as champions 4. Disappointed, I decided to try to find other information about BBQ that we might not have heard. That's where I find this book. And from this book, I learned that what had been doing all this time was just like a child playing with his favorite toy.
