I picked up this book because I was in the midst of big life transitions and the concept of "It's Never Too Late.." gave me hope that I could still be on the right path, even though I was living in uncertainty. I was happy to find that the book included a good combination of spiritual insight AND practical action steps and exercises. Dr. Kotulski shares so much valuable wisdom within this book. I highly recommend reading it if you don't have everything figured out yet:)

Dr. Kotulski shares her brilliant experience, knowledge, and usable insight on a variety of topics to help strugglers readers take their life back. Unlike a lot of books that fall into the "self improvement" category that often use big, often vague concepts... This book has actionable steps to help you make real long term change. I would highly recommend it. --Collin W

What sets this book apart from so many other self-help books is the author's experience as a psychologist and also a storyteller. I've always heard that "facts tell but stories sell," and her use of the true stories of her clients makes the wisdom she shares all the more accessible and meaningful.
