Fresh from living in the Bronx, Ca’Shon Taylor aka Chaos touched down in Chicago, his childhood home ready to make his presence known. Linking up with his cousin Nicco so they can expand their business money was the name of the game. After only a few weeks he has managed to find new hoes, terrorize the town and threaten most of his cousins workers. And experiencing the one thing that wasn’t a part of the plan, falling for a girl named Cayane. Cayane Thomas was smart, cute and funny. But most of all she was a dedicated single mother. Due to her tragic relationship with her sons father, she saw men and stayed completely out of the way. So, when she meets a very rude Chaos, she planned to do the same with him. However, due to circumstances their paths keep crossing and fighting her attraction for him becomes impossible. Nicco, street king of and family man, is the bond to all those he love and that love him. The choice’s he’s made has created some enemies and has put a strain on his relationship with his father, yet he still does what he wants and has to do. He is Ashlee's everything and since they were teens they have had a bond that's never been broken. Things are perfect for him and business is booming, but things are not for her. The one thing she wants to give him, she can't and she has no idea that the person that is closest to her is desperate to take the most important thing she has. Banging
This book was banging. As usual these ladies did not disappoint. Poor Cayane just can't catch a break. Kah is a sweetheart. Chaos is the man, a little rough around the edges, but a softie at heart. Nicco needs to meet my girl Karma, and take Tam and Darcy with him. I can't wait to see what's going to happen next.

I'm in love with this book and I can't wait to start part two. I love Cay and Ashlee but that damn Tam and Olivia, I hope them bi🗣🗣hes get ahold of a very sick 🍆. Chaos is bae simply because he is crazy and sweet in his on way but Nicco ain't to far behind him. Juice needs to be put rest for good cause Kahlan don't need him. Tam outta be ashamed of herself and it's gonna take Nicco to put her in her place.💛💛

One of the best books I've read in a long time. Ca'Shon was so ridiculous, that the only word to describe him was chaotic. The man was so blunt, he didn't have any tact, he was rude, and arrogant. If he had a problem with you, you would know it, because he would tell you. He had a big heart, and even though he didn't see what was transpiring in front of him, Ashlee seen right through the craziness. I loved the way that he checked Darcy and Olivia's sorry as*es, and he treated them exactly what they were, wh*res.
Cay was so independent at times, that it sometimes gotten it the way. The stubbornness was so draining, that it hindered her son, Kahlan and herself. I understood that she didn't want to take advantage of the hand-outs, but living in a neighborhood with so much violence, I would've sucked up my pride, but if Cay didn't give anyone a hard time, then it wouldn't have been her. At least she wasn't like Tam ungrateful, spoiled behind, and felt as if the world owed her something.
Ashlee was the perfect friend, and I loved the relationship that she had with her husband Nicco. Nicco and Chaos were similar in so many ways, but Nicco was the levelheaded one. Chaos was hot-headed with a quick temper, but when it came to family, Nicco or Chaos didn't have any understanding. The love that Nicco had for Ashlee was like something out of a fairy tale. Whatever Ashlee wanted, Ashlee got, and I loved that. He may not have been perfect, but be was so perfect for Ashlee.
I hated the way that the book ended, because I hoped that Cay will be ok. She's already been through so much, and traumatized by Juice, who didn't deserved to still be living. It's time for part 2, and I can't wait!

This was very good intro and collab....
This was a great collaboration intro so far and well developed outline.
Cayane, super stubborn, prideful, independent, intelligent, and extreme mother hen was dealt a very bad hand and has been on her own for ever.
Ca'Shon "chaos", chaotic, dominant, storm, alpha, boss man, yet a gentle bear and soul to those he chose to be to. Loyal, protective and very straight forward.
Ashlee, cute, homely, intelligent, independent and just overall nice and good.
Dominic "Nico", level headed, super intelligent, alpha and boss man in every aspect.

OMG..I really dont know what to say about this book without giving everything away. It was soo good and had me fussing at the characters like I really knew them. Chaos is truly something else and his mean, no filter having a** had me almost in tears laughing. Tam is another whole story! I was ready to reach through the book and choke the mess out of her. I hope Nicco wises up before something happens or he is able to put her in her place if she goes through with her thoughts. I like Ashlee and Cay and hope they come out on top. I have a strong feeling that the drama has just started and they will all go through something. Again, this is a good book with a very believable storyline and characters. Definitely waiting on part two ladies.

This started off with several bangs... Juice was a punk, a coward, lowlife child, who should have bee in jail for that attempt on his own sons life. Tam's disrespectful nasty behind, has to go, and should have been long gone before that last argument.... Ash should have beat the brakes off her, and Nicco would not have said a word... I love them together. Tam is going to be a big headache. Chaos...Love his demeanor already he is gonna go nuts over a woman he does not like. Cayane... Like her because she is determined to make it on her own... They are gonna be hysterical when they like each other.. Looking forward to part .. Love the works of both authors, and this is a nice collabo... Shout out to my city.... Chicago

The beginning was crazy. I felt so bad for what happened to Kah. His father was beyond wrong. Ashlee and Nicco were such a big help when it came to baby boy. Nicco worked my nerves sometimes because he always tended to act like someone’s daddy. I loved Chaos. He was arrogant, but at the same time sweet when he wanted to be. The bond he formed with Kah was crazy. That little boy adored Chaos. Chaos and Cay definitely would make a cute couple. I can’t stand Darcy or Tam. They both worked my nerves. I don’t trust Tam and I hope some are not crazy enough to fall in her trap because she is a sneaky little thing. Can’t wait to read book two.

I know she's traumatized by what Juice did to her and her son but judging by how this ended. She better take Nicco and Ashlee upon their offer. Chaos is rude, arrogant, and a asshole. I think that is a defense mechanism to mask the hurt he has went through with his mother. Messing with Darcy hating and trifling behind isn't going to help his cause with Canyane. Ashlee need to watch her little thot ass sister because Autumn is scandalous.

I think Ashlee is super gullible when it comes to her sister and she needs to cut that hoe off before it's too late. Nicco better open his eyes to see the b.s. Tam is on. I hope he doesn't fall for it get sucked into her web and they end up crossing the line of ultimate betrayal. Don't keep us waiting for part 2

Satisfied Reader
These authors didn't disappoint. I love Chaos character and that name definitely fits him. Juice just wrote a check his behind can't cash. I can't stand Tam and i pray Ash give her the business. Cuz she and Nicco been too good to her. Darcy is too thirsty for me and she's using Chaos to get under Cay's skin. I pray Nikki don't let Tam and O get her in a world of trouble. I can't wait for pt.2

Pretty good!
The book was pretty good. I can't stand Chaos whorish butt at all. He knew Darcy didn't like Cay but he still messing with her anyway. I admit that Cay was wrong for going off on Chaos but he did contributed to the cause. Micro is straight up crazy for doing all of that for Tam, like she's his woman. I have a feeling he's going to regret it. Ashley should've beat Tam's butt a long time ago. Hope Kah is ok and didn't get hurt, with his sweet self.

Loved it
Cayane was undergoing some issues and Chaos only added to her confusion. Chaos was also harboring some major abandonment issues and didn't know how to deal with what he was feeling for her. I truly hope Tam and Juice gets their comeuppance and that Ashley and Nikko are the ones that gives it to them!!! Loved this story. Can't wait til the next part!!!!

Intriguing
Cay & Ash are my favorite female characters. The opening will leave you speechless and needing more. We all know friends that life choices make you worry and want better for them.
