This series of books has had me hooked from the beginning, they are fast moving page turners, you fall in love with all the characters and get to still hear about them in all the books. Lots of chaos and fun all in one.

Cross, Prez of Reckless Bastards MC, might seem an odd match for hippie dippy Moon, but once they connect for some casual, but explosive, fun, it's obvious that they are perfect together. Cross is feeling like a failure lately, what with being unable to protect his club like he thinks he should have, and his stress is slowly but surely overtaking his life. That Moon is able to bring him some peace is surprising to him. When the two keep coming into contact, thanks to one of his brothers' wives (Jana from Beautifully Broken: Reckless Bastards MC), being shot while at her shop, they can't seem to keep their hands off each other. But, as Moon soon finds out, Cross is still in love with his dead wife, and Moon knows she deserves better than being second place to a ghost. So she's trying to keep her heart from falling for Cross.

Cross doesn't think he's good enough for Moon, nor does he want to keep bringing the danger to her life that being around him keeps putting her in. And yet, he can't seem to stay away from not just Moon, but her amazing son, Beau. Can he protect both of them, get rid of the target on their and his club's backs, AND keep his heart intact? Or will Moon, who is far more than the peace and love woman he had thought at first, and Beau, be too much for his poor heart to keep away from?

Creatively Crushed is another hot MC hit for KB Winters. Cross and Moon, while a seeming mismatch at first, make a beautifully meshed couple with explosive chemistry. I've loved this series so far, and it's only been getting better. I can't wait for more Reckless Bastards!

The MC activity story itself was interesting, but I wasn't feeling the relationship between Cross and Moon. I've read all the previous books (not back to back, though) and can't say I remember much about Cross. I do remember Moon, though. The relationship just seemed kind of contrived, and of course there was my least favorite trope in the world (I love my dead spouse and can't move on even though it's been years), although at least that wasn't as overdone as it is in some books. The reunion with her father could have used a bit more fleshing out, too.

The MC president stories are always interesting because they always have this with great power comes great responsibility or something like that. I don't know. I just like to see how the big boss handles love. Cross is a decent guy--kind of a loner but also a sweetheart. He's got a sad backstory. Moon's backstory is crazy too. Her son is adorbs, and you can't NOT love the two. Cross and Moon are great together, and the story itself is engaging.

It wasn't my favorite, though. The first book was definitely it for me. This was good. I recommend it. Overall, the series wasn't bad. I'm not going to read the Christmas one. Instead, I'm moving on to another MC of some sort or maybe even a break from the genre. I feel like things are becoming stale for me because I probably should have been more into this book than I was.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the sixth book in the Reckless Bastards MC series. In this book, Cross, the president of the MC, is dealing with the city officials harassment and the threats of his enemies. When the women of the MC members are shot at during a night out at Moon's shop, Moon saves the life of one of the women by relying on her training as a EMT in a prior life. Moon is a single mother who is raising her son Beau, who suffers from asthma, and she owns a shop that artists can use to buy supplies or display their art. When Moon comes to the hospital, Cross notices her and is intrigued by her. Cross goes to see Moon and she can see his stress, so she offers him help and they begin a friendship. Cross also becomes friends with Beau and soon Cross acts on his attraction to Moon. Moon thinks they are just having a fling because Cross is still in love with his dead wife. Cross knows the dangers of his life and he is unsure if he wants to put Moon and Beau in danger by being with him. As the threats to the MC and their families becomes even more, Cross knows moon and Beau are caught in the cross hairs and he vows to protect them. I really loved this book. I thought Cross was a good guy who had horrible things happen. Moon helped him move on and start to live again. I think Moon was a great mom and Beau was adorable. Cross was so dominate and Moon submitted to him and they had an amazing connection. Another great one from KB.

K.B. IS AMAZINGLY TALENTED AND IT'S ABOUT TIME CROSS PUT HIMSELF TOGETHER ON A PERSONAL LEVEL.

Jeez, I'm telling all MC romance reader's out there... If you have a thing for burly, gorgeous bikers on two wheels, with hearts of gold that take their Brotherhood and the protection of women and children and make them the priority... Then this series is the one to read. It will also get your ovaries fluttering ladies.

K.B. has been a favorite Author of mine for several years and with this incredible installment to the Reckless Bastards you'll see why firsthand. After a heartbreaking past, he became closed off and devoted to his Brothers only. Cross is the MC President for a reason and he takes his job seriously. Not only is he an unbelievably hot man, he is an island. All he never knew he needed was Moon and her adorably sweet and smart 8 yr old, Beau. This very bada$$ man is about to be brought to his knees by one single Mother who is his equal in everyway, all he has to do is see it. From cover to cover, Creatively Crushed will most definitely enraptured you as it did me. Ms Winters is a top notch Author who sets the bar high and stands out above many.

I voluntarily requested an advanced reader's copy of Creatively Crushed in exchange for my honest opinion and I not only devoured it, I can't wait for the next one.

Creatively Crushed is another great book in the Reckless Bastards MC series by KB Winters. Cross is the Prez of the Reckless Bastards MC. Cross is stressed because he feels he has failed his MC by not being able to keep them safe. Cross is also still mourning the loss of his wife and child. Moon is everything hippy. Moon is a single mom to her son, Beau, and owns an art shop. Moon is brought into the MC life when her shop is shot up by a rival gang member, and Jana is seriously wounded. Cross and Moon are attracted to each other, but each has baggage and walls. As they spend time together, the attraction grows between them. Cross finds peace when he spends time with Moon. Moon feels she has too much going on with her asthmatic son to fall for Cross. The chemistry between Cross and Moon is off the charts HOT! Can Cross keep Moon, her son, and everyone in the Reckless Bastards safe when a rival gang poses a threat? Creatively Crushed is an amazing book that has danger, suspense, drama, action, and passion. I would highly recommend getting Creatively Crushed and all the books in the Reckless Bastards MC series by KB Winters. I received an ARC of this book, and I am leaving my honest review.

Another amazing story that is a real page turner keeping me in the edge if my seat. A standalone within a series with supporting characters you may already be familiar with. Have no fear you won't feel lost but you won't feel like your duplicating from other stories.  This explosive emotionally hot steamy story is easy flowing with building tension and suspense. Cross, the president of the MC Reckless Bastards gets a peaceful feeling he hasn't felt in years from Moon who is an Art teacher that has him moving on and starting to live again. There is a lot of twists and turns plus action, suspense and romance while each of them fight their demons and the chemistry that is explosive between them. Cross is trying to move on whike he is dealing with his past, protecting his club and protecting Moon and her amazing son to get the HEA they both want. I love how Moon is like and equal strong and patient with no secrets, games, jealousy, or miscommunications between them. A great must read. I voluntarily reviewed this standalone ARC.

AN AMAZING DARK AND DELICIOUS READ!!!
OMG! Talk about one nerve racking ride. This is one exciting, hard hitting, action packed, heart pounding, pulse racing, adrenaline pumping, page turning, thrilling tale that grabs you from the start. All the twists and turns, ups and downs, along with a few sharp corners and enemies everywhere keeps you frozen to your seat. Danger and tension soar and the suspense builds as the story unfolds. In true Winter form the characters and their personalities are so realistic and believable it feels like you can just reach out and touch them. The scenes are so graphic and detailed it's easy to picture each scenario as it plays off one another in perfect balance. This is one read you really don't want to miss. Winters totally rocks this bad boy to its core with such stunning scenes coming together with such brilliant realism. Amazing job Winters, thanks for sharing this little gem with us.

This is yet another fantastic addition to the "Reckless Bastards MC" Series. This book centers around Cross and Moon, but we do have character appearances from previous books. Cross is the President of the Reckless Bastards, he is still mourning the loss of his wife and child. He's been feeling like a failure not being able to protect his club which is causing him a great deal of stress, enter Moon. She is every bit the hippy, she has an art shop and a son (Beau) that means everything to her. She meets Cross when her shop is shot up by a rival MC and Jana is wounded. I really enjoyed this book. Cross and Moon seemed like a mismatched couple at first but she is surprisingly able to bring Cross a since of peace. These two had sizzling chemistry and their sexy scenes were hot. The story was well written with plenty action, drama, excitement, and steam. This is definitely a must read for anyone who enjoys MC Romance.

Author, K.B. Winters has written a strong fifth book in the Reckless Bastards MC Series. This one stars their President, Cross and the local hippie, artist, shop owner, Moon and her eight year old son, Beau. Cross and Moon are thrown together when a mutual friend experiences a traumatic event at Moon's art gallery/shop. They soon feel and respond to the attraction. But Cross is still dealing with the death of his wife two years ago. Is he ready to move past? Will Moon put her son's life in peril by becoming more involved with Cross?
VERDICT: Loved this story! This was a read until I'm finished kind of book (yes at 3am). I just loved these two characters. They were so well written and had great chemistry. Even the chemistry between Cross and Beau was subtle but there. I'm highly recommending this book for your reading pleasure and enjoyment.
I am volunteering to leave a review of this ARC book.

at last a voice worthy of Cross. I was hoping that this would not be as light as it was. cross had a lot of guilt and in all the earlier books seemed to be carrying a really big Burden , however the storyline was light on his guilt but was very well put together with twists and turns.
there were a few holes that I found throughout the story especially an incident in chapter 16 which I won't say so as not to spoil. but it made me raise my eyebrows wondering where that idea came from. summer Morton was brilliant as moon I have listened to her before and she portrayed the perfect voice for her character.
it started to get a bit soppy at the end but that's what HEA are about I guess. all-in-all nice ending to a series even though we have one more to go but I am guessing it will be a really breezy read as the dust cover seems to suggest this. looking forward to hearing all the characters come together for a final farewell

A captivating addition to the Restless Bastards MC series. “Creatively Crushed” grabbed me from the first page and kept me reading through the night till the last page. This book has so much depth, suspense, greed, revenge, passion, murder, kidnapping, crooked cops, dirty politicians, great sex....everything I need in a great MC story. The main characters are Cross, President of the Reckless Bastards MC, Moon, a sexy, free-spirited single mother and her sweet son Beau. Moon and Cross meet when Moon's art shop is shot up by a rival Motorcycle Club. They both are attracted to each other but try to ignore their chemistry. “Creatively Crushed” is another masterpiece from this amazing author. If you're looking for an exciting, action-packed story that will hold your attention till the end, then this is the one.

I like Cross. He's going through some internal turmoil because he feels like he is a failure as a president. He feels like he has let down his club. But he can't give in because there is still war going on and they have to move past it and get through it somehow. Moon the quirky, hippy art shop owner has him twisting in knots and he's not sure how to deal with it. He lost his wife Lauren and still hasn't quite gotten over it.
Moon doesn't have time for romantic involvements between running her store, taking care of her son Beau who has chronic asthma that is getting worse. She has lived a whole other life and moved to get away from her wealthy and powerful parents. She just might make an exception for Cross. "The way Cross made my body feel, like and exposed wire was been dragged along my skin."

Holy Hell!!

Cross, yes Cross has finally fallen for the one person you would never believe. And that woman is Moon the hippie artist from in town. With things getting tricky with cops and MC rival a lot has happened with the shooting of Moons gallery and Jana shot in the neck. Things get heavy and without a doubt will come full circle but the dots aren’t connecting with Pacheco and the rival MC. What is to come from these encounters and how will Cross safe everyone. The fear of loosing Lauren and their baby and now wanting to take on Moon and Beau, and the club has a lot riding on him. He decides to confide in Moon and one thing leads to the next and he is claiming her but only during sex. Will the get the bad guys???? Will they have a HEA??? Well the best way to find out is by grabbing your copy and enjoy the ride.

Cross is the president of the Reckless Bastards MC. He has been feeling as if he is useless in keeping his brothers and their families safe. Moon is the owner of an art business, and is good friends with Jana from Beautifully Broken. When a shooting wounds one of their own Moon is drawn into the world of the MC. Will they be able to finally put an end to the Roadkill MC? Will Cross and Moon be able to make a go of a relationship or will Cross’s past keep them apart? I enjoyed this book but I feel as though there were some things I wanted explored more. What happened to Cross’s wife and child? What about Beau’s dad? Also we still didn’t see Jag and Vivi reunited so that is still unresolved. So I’m left with questions, questions, questions! I’m not sure if that is a good or bad thing.

This is book 6 in the series and it features Cross and Moon. I understand Cross a little better now. All the pressure he’s under to keep everyone safe is tremendous. And Moon? She’s fantastic! She is so in tune with herself and other people’s auras and so forth that when she talks about Cross it’s like deep, spiritual, erotic descriptions. So HOT! I love seeing these big, sexy, alpha-type men go all soft with their “old ladies.”

There was so much more happening, so the story mine was not consumed by their romance. The characters are awesome and the story has amazing flow. The highs and lows are perfectly timed. This is another fabulous book in an equally fabulous series and I can’t wait for more!

**I received this ARC in exchange for an honest voluntary review** The mysterious Prez finally gets his story! Storyline picks up from Jag's book & continues with the explosive tension between the Bastards & Roadkill MCs. Cross carries the weight of the world on his shoulders, especially that of his past. He's lost one family, he's not about to lose another, including dreamlike hippie, Moon & her son Beau. Moon has made a new life for herself & her son and doesn't wanna mix herself up with another bad boy/ mistake. Somehow, the ever calm hippie & surly MC Prez find ways to get under each other's skin & heal each other's broken souls. Both have past lives but can they truly have a new life, together or will the feuding MC prove to be their downfall? Such an interesting pairing between this couple. What shouldn't work together, does! Such heartwrenching back stories & even current events with Beau's conditioning. Action & suspense to get your heart racing. The only thing I didn't like was that this ended in a happily ever after for now with no proposal! Hurt my heart a little but hopefully there will be a scene in the future. Fingers crossed!

This is the first book in the series that I have read. While this book is a standalone story about Cross and Moon, there are a lot of things that are referred to that happened in previous books. That’s why I would recommend reading these books in order. Obviously they are all interrelated. The other books will be added to my TBR list.
I really liked how Cross was written, you get a glimpse into a lonely, complicated man with the weight of the world on his shoulders. Moon is his complete opposite yet exactly what he needs. Someone who can help him with his struggles and be supportive. The chemistry between them was explosive. I loved Beau! He was too cute! I wished that more info was given for Moon’s estrangement from her family.

Cross is the leader of the Reckless Bastards MC. He carries the burden of losing a wife and child to a mistake with the club, and doesn't feel worthy of love anymore, and doesn't want to bring anyone else into the club life.
What he doesn't expect, is for single mother Moon to have her art store shot up because of the club. As Cross gets to know Moon and her son, Beau, his heart softens a bit, and he is craving time with them both.
Moon doesn't want anything to do with the MC, but loves the women whom she has gotten to know through her art space. Now it feels tainted, and she finds herself looking forward to time with Cross.

This book is my favorite in the series. I love them, and I love this.

Cross finally gets his story!!! Cross is the brooding President of the Reckless Bastards. He loved once, but the loss has hardened his heart. That starts to change when he can't get Moon out of his head. He always thought she was just a hippie chick, but when she saves Jana's life he sees her in a totally new way, once that is messing with his head. Even though the danger to his club is growing, so is is attraction to Moon. They both have baggage from their past, but they can't deny the chemistry. This is another pulse pounding, danger and passion filled chapter in the Reckless Bastard's story and I absolutely loved this one!

Great!

I chose this rating because this was a really good book. I pretty much enjoyed all the characters. This is a book of compassion, dealing with loss, and protecting the ones you love. The reckless bastards was MC to be reckoned with. Moon and Cross. They were pretty much meant for each other. I love the way she helped him to get into her her rituals per se because she believed in meditation and doing yoga. Anyway they made a great couple and Cross he fell in love with her little boy Beau, I really enjoyed this book. Great read! I recommend this book to all readers romance.

So this story gives us insight into two characters who have appeared in other books.
Cross, the MC president, who is trying to keep his club and their families safe while he feels he is a failure. We learn how his life changed and how he constantly is battling his demons and his self doubt.
Moon, and her son Beau, is the local artist who has befriended some of the women of the club. She too has secrets and is dealing with her sons illness and her own self doubt.
These two characters were meant for each other. You will love how they are developed and how they slowly come together and find their second chance.
I was given this book for an honest voluntary review.

well……

was this saving the best ‘til last !.?.!
Thoroughly enjoyed this tale with Moon and Cross, with Beau in as a favourite.
The span of their relationship was well sketched out in the story, together with the changes in side characters too.
In the final chapter I have to admit that the detectives were a trifle confusing within their interactions, the showdown with Haynes & Jones and their part/s in the denouement of the plot, was a bit thin on descriptions regarding their respective interactions…..but it could just be me …..!
Do recommend it and will definitely reread soon.

The only thing that keeps Cross going is his MC so when one of his MC's wives is shot by the enemy, he takes it hard and goes after him. In addition to this drama, fallout comes in the form of dirty cops and politicians coming after Reckless Bastards for taking them down. Moon has her own problems with her son Beau she never expected to find love, but it comes calling in the form of Cross who is having a hard time getting over the death of his son and wife. With all the chaos surrounding them not to mention danger, will Cross and the Reckless Bastards be able to keep their women safe from the up rise that is coming? I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.

Cross is president of a biker group and Moon is an artist with an asthmatic boy. This is about two troubled people who save each other from their daemons. The attraction between the two continues to grow as they try to overcome their problems. Things turn interesting when someone is after Cross's club and Moon is on their radar. The secondary characters are great and I just loved Moon's son.
KB Winters has another hit on her hands. I just love the Reckless Bastards MC series. I received a copy and I am voluntarily leaving my own honest opinion.

Cross has kept himself locked away since the death of his wife and child. Moon left her family and is now a single mother determined to do her best. The chemistry is there, but outside forces are determined to ruin them. Will Moon be able to get Cross to open up? Will Cross be able to move on from his past?

Loved how different these two characters were, but they made it work. I loved Moon's personality and her determination to help those around her in anyway she could. I loved how Cross gradually was opening up to her and that you could slowly see him coming out of the fog. Great read!
