I love the idea of incorporating familiar favorites like Jack & Jill, and others, into a new story of a girl looking for her dog. And the rhyme scheme is a nice plus, along with a lesson at the end. It makes for a fun, entertaining, and educational story all in one. I can't wait to read it to my friend's four-year-old daughter!

Jill’s dog, Toad is missing and doesn’t seem to matter where she and Jack look he’s not there. Their friend, Billy Goat Gruff comes to the rescue, again. A heart-warming story with a lesson. The second installment of the Jack and Jill chronicles will delight young readers with its rhyme and colorful pictures.

Jack and Jill

A cute little book with a lot of characters you already know. My kids identified with the book because they know how upset I was when we lost our dog.

Kids enjoyed that they knew characters from nursery rhymes as well as the way the way the author wrote the book. Almost a nursery rhyme in itself!
