Good intro to zfs on freebsd. Helpful to have all the info in one place. There are a lot of conflicting information online about zfs and it's good to have a more unified look into zfs configuration and administration.
Could do with an update though (for more recent version of zfs). In particular, I'd like to know more about draid and hot spares. 4/5 for that reason.
Great book. Full of useful, practical content and at the same time written in a light, fun, engaging way. Gives a great introduction into what is ZFS and how to operate it. For a Linux user, the BSD part of the book was not getting in the way: it was easy to translate the concepts to Linux ecosystem, or skip parts applicable only to FreeBSD.
