From the creator of Dear Zoo comes a Dear Farm lift-the-flap book that showcases all of the animals hiding on the farm!
Little ones are sure to love lifting the sturdy flaps to discover the farm animals as they travel through the barnyard in search of eggs for breakfast.
With bright, bold artwork, a catchy refrain, and a whole host of furry farm-dwelling friends, Oh Dear! is a must-have for every child’s bookshelf.
He was brought up in Zimbabwe and returned to Britain where he completed a doctorate in organic chemistry. In 1980 he became involved in children's publishing where he began designing innovative books with interactive elements and repetitive phrases.
In 1987 he founded Campbell Blackie Books in partnership with his publisher Blackie. Campbell Books (as it became in 1989) was sold in 1995 to Macmillan Publishers.
To my daughter, this book has no peer, Every lifted flap brings so much cheer, But there's one thing that I so fear, I'll probably still be reading this all next year...
A silly little lift the flap book that is a lot like "Dear Zoo." Although, I do think that if the little boy in the story is old enough to go collect the eggs, he should also know that eggs come from chickens...
Flaps, Farm, Funny. Buster is trying to remember which animal has the eggs. So after checking with the horse, the cow...etc. etc....he finds the eggs. A great read a loud for toddlers.
A great engaging book that can be used to get kids excited about reading. You can have your child learn about what different animals make different things.
Another favourite. There’s something special about it seeing behind those flaps, especially these ones. So easy to lift, so smooth. And all the animals I got to learn about. Can’t have enough of it!
