Though I could read anything from Jaquel all day.......this series was the perfect length, with a well written story line with decent and lovable characters with awesome story lines! I dont know what i would do if i ever found myself in Chyna's position. i am so glad that Bee Bee and JoJo got their happy endings after all the sadness they had to endure. the story had the perfect ending!!!!!
Jahquel, what a good read. When I tell you watching Chyna, Leanne, JoJo, Benji, and Kash get through life with the knowledge they had. Watching Benji open up watching Ley have trust in others. I just love the dynamics of each person. Was it some harsh realities yes, but it was life's lessons learned. I hope they all find peace, prosperity and happiness 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
This book was so dope! I love Benji and Leyanna...the way they love each other. I feel bad for Chyna and it was messed up how things went down with her and Kash. They really loved each other but proof that love isn't always enough. I'm glad JoJo bounced back! Great book!! Great series!
Although one of the couples in this series didn’t stay together, I really loved the romance in it. Secrets always have a way of being revealed and it caused a lot of heartache. The series was an emotional roller coaster ride and the growth of the characters was evident in this book. Great series.
This story had me on the edge of my seat, Kash loved Chyna and do anything for her, just when life seemed perfect the secret will come out and destroy everything. Leyanna is dead set on not being married or having children. Benji just wants to be happy and settle down.
I really wished things would have ended differently but maybe in the future. I enjoyed everyone's growth with this series especially Benji. He was not playing about Mookie period.
I knew toiya book was gonna be everything. This book was very exciting and no boring parts, so glad she redid it. FANTASTIC JOB JACQUEL J. Will be reading more of her books.
Ahhh another good book completed. It has to be hard to walk away from Kash , it was best for Chyna, her morals would no allow her to be, and the mental anguish she sustained. In in all, the. Book was an epic one!!
I loved this ending. I kept wondering she was going to find out about Kash and their little secret. I hated Solace, he just couldn't go away willingly. Loved it
This entire series was great! Fringe beginning to end it had me on my toes! Loved reading about Chyna, Benji and the crew. Lots of surprises. Overall this series was well written and I really enjoyed it!
Sometimes too much can happen and you simply can't go back!!!...Living someone frightened pain can mean you have to me them go!!!...I was really sad that Caah did not get his happily ever after!!!
I loved all the characters and their dynamics. I do believe that Chyna and Kash could've gotten past the hurt eventually. Love really is enough, especially when the person didn't intentionally hurt you.
Chyna was all over the place but I'm glad she got it together. I felt her pain when she found out Kash's secret. Solace knew Kash would come for him but he didn't count on Benji and JoJo. They don't play about Chyna. Another awesome read by Jahquel.
Jahquel J. DID THAT!!! This series was wrapped up FLAWLESSLY! No loose ends… Just pure satisfaction from start to finish!
I absolutely LOVED how this series showcased US with real emotions, raw reactions, and characters that felt true to life. The men were gangsta in the streets but compassionate, honest, and LOYAL to their women. They loved hard, put family first, and knew how to handle business in AND out of the sheets!
The women HELD IT DOWN! They loved their men, took care of home, and while they were well-kept, they were driven to be educated and independent bosses in their own right.
This was my first series by Jahquel J. but TRUST ME… It won’t be my last. Take my word! 1-CLICK NOW and see what all of my hype is about!
The first half of this book was slow, boring (to me), and dull.. but boy when the action started happening I was like yessssss!!!! This is what we needed. The ending felt rushed and wrong but I can tell it was written exactly how it was supposed to be written. I just wanted Chyna and Kash to be together but in all honesty how could they? This was a good read.
This was the perfect end to the series it wasn't all that I expected but hey you only can get what's real...I'm sad that Kash and Chyna didn't work out they had so much potential to be a great couple but Benji is bae I'm glad he got his fairytale.
