Full of bright illustrations and packed with experiments to do together , this book might just make the last two weeks of the summer holidays bearable for parents and children! I particularly like the idea of the chocolate pictures for some reason....!The rubber band car and cd hovercraft would be great fun to make and you could race the cars afterwards. Clear easy to understand instructions are given for each experiment and interesting fact boxes add to the learning experience. Giving this to my great nephew is going to make me a very cool auntie indeed, hopefully!

I think that the crafts in this book are unlikely to be hated by anyone.
