I like that at the end of every chapter there is a small section that allows you to practice what you read and it really is a practical guide because he teaches you how to apply and question and refine your thinking process

A good way of grasping philosophy in 'layman's terms' - how it applies to life in general, introducing various philosophers and their ideas, also some questions to contemplate.
