A lot of references that can't be understood unless you belong to a certain community. Also a lot of spelling mistakes in this book. Honestly doesn't feel like a Sujatha book.
These short stories were an interesting read. Some hilarious, some emotionally heavy, some experiential. However, in any case, Sujatha creates an impact. His writing style and the way the presentation is, is the hallmark for him having so many fans. A few of the stories in this book also appears in ஸ்ரீரங்கத்து தேவதைகள் Srirangathu Devadhaigal , reading it again was not boring. It will still fun-filled with interesting people and their experiences. Overall, a very good collection!
Stories of different genres have been collected in this. I think this is not a complete collection but chosen collection. The stories of past centuries may give you a nostalgic experience. Some of the stories has wriiten with anti-reservation agenda, which i didn't like as its morally wrong.
It was an interesting read but there were lot of mistakes in this Kindle Edition. The book must be reviewed and a new edition should be released by the publisher with the mistakes fixed.
A good collection! Each story is unique and Sujatha somehow manages to create an impact with his narrative style every time! El dorado, Nagaram, Filmotsav, enge en vijay and arisi were my favourites!
