Rate this book
Anansi The Trickster Spider - Volumes One and Two (16 short stories) The stories featured in this book introduce Anansi the Spider, a traditional African trickster character. Anansi is as clever as he is lazy and he loves to prove just how smart he is by tricking the people of the village and the animals of the jungle. Luckily Anansi is not always as clever as he likes to think he is. Sometimes everything backfires on him and he becomes the victim of his own tricks. Classic tales of Spider man Anansi

These are takes of the real spiderman,.Some say he comes from Africa and others say he comes from the West Indies But whenever you see him, beware, because there is no bigger trickster than Anansi who even tricked the Gods out of their stories for the Children of Earth!

Love the stories (I read them aloud to my daughter), but the writing is not so great. Still very happy to have some bedtime stories in my repertoire after finishing this!
