About the Book:
For as long as she can remember, twenty-four-year-old Cali Stenson has experienced vivid nightmares and disruptive paranormal activity everywhere she goes. When she moves to Vancouver from her home city of Toronto, she hopes to outrun the dark forces. At first, things are looking up—she gets a promotion at work, meets new friends and is even falling in love with a seemingly wonderful man. But her life soon starts to spiral out of control and the supernatural events that follow her refuse to give her peace. The difference is, this time she is not alone—she has a group of friends willing to do whatever it takes to help her battle these demons once and for all. An avid reader of young adult, adult fiction and erotic novels, Terah Marie’s love of reading is what inspired her to write. She wrote this book because she wanted people to know that supernatural phenomena is widely experienced by others and she doesn’t feel the topic should be avoided. She has worked as a hair stylist, medical transcriptionist and customer service representative, but her biggest joy was raising her daughter, who is now a young lady. Though Terah is bi-polar, and suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder Depression, she still tries to put forth something into her community through volunteering. Terah enjoys painting and making jewelry, and she also plays several instruments, including piano, trombone and violin. She lives with her husband, Jeff, her eleven- year-old daughter, Railyn, and her two dogs, Riley and Beemer, in Edmonton, Alberta.

I thought it was an exciting read. A lot of suspenseful situations. I love paranormal books. This one hit the spot the characters are believable and the story and plot is something out of this world.

Good relaxing read. A nice mix of mystery and romance. I was actually more into it than I thought I would be since I usually read just crime novels. Good work Terah 👏 Glad I ran into your signing at Chapters and picked this book up 😊

I got this book a few days ago that my friend recommended to me. I enjoyed the storyline and the way people and places are described. I liked trying to figure out what part is truth in the story and what part was written as fiction. I was told by my friend it is both. I liked the paranormal aspect of it. I love that in my books. It crosses a lot of genres of fiction like mystery and suspense and romance and like I said paranormal. I also enjoyed the strong female protagonist that carried the story along. All and all I am enjoying the reading.

I love it
I am not a very good reader I usually fall asleep after 2 or 3 pages. When I pickup a book a suddenly look at the clock and say oh my look what time it is. It has to mean this is a good book. I read the terminology and the vocabulary and its like the author is sitting beside me reading it. I usually read magazine stories or bible stories, this book is really making me think of changing my genre. Good Job Terah Marie I even like the art work chosen for the cover.

I found this book to be a good combination of paranormal, mystery and romance. Enjoyed reading this book. I love the cover of this book. It is very eye catching. Once I finished a chapter it was hard to put the book down. I will definitely do a second read on this book.

The book was promising, I enjoyed the spookiness and mystery, but the characters and storyline weren’t consistent. The ending was anticlimactic. I noticed several spelling errors and the character point of view changes were distracting and unnecessary.

I liked the book. It was a bit scary. The story was awesome 👏 I especially like the discriptive words used to envision what the characters are like. The chapter titles are really creative.

I very, very rarely rate books less than five stars, but I picked this up last night and almost cried it was so bad. Worst book I’ve ever read. How on earth this ever got published is beside me.

I buy a lot of books. I had this one shelved on good reads for awhile I read it a the beginning of quarantine. I wasn't sure it was going to be my thing in the first couple chapters. I gave it a chance and I really loved it. There was some unexpected writing. I like the main character and her friends. It kept me quite entertained.
