Brute

Rate this book
He wants me, and he takes what he wants.

I thought my scheme was foolproof, but the alien brute caught me. Now I'm going to pay.

I will not just be punished. I will be owned. He is going to use me roughly, savagely, taking me in ways I didn't think it would be possible for such an enormous beast to take a little human.

As one painfully intense climax after another is ripped from my naked, quivering body, I'm certain he is not even close to being done with me... and I'm not sure I want him to be.

Publisher's Note: Brute includes spankings, sexual scenes, intense and humiliating punishments, and strong D/s themes. If such material offends you, please don't buy this book.

This for me was a somewhat enjoyable endeavour.
Brute itself was also an extremely easy read that really does what it says on the tin, myself I just need something a bit more mindful from my fiction than pages of explicit shenanigans: don't mistake me I love my fiction as filthy as the next person but some story depth or high emotion even if its of the wrong kind are what I need to connect with a story or it just then becomes mindless porn: which there's nothing wrong with if that's what you are expecting.
I myself was expecting much more from Brute than this: yes all of the dirty but with some added intelligence behind it as well.
This is not actually a badly written story it's just not really my bag though usually, I jump right on top of this type of fiction it had all my usual ingredients hot aliens plenty of steamy antics and some great dub-con scenes.
I just failed to connect on a deeper level and I wasn't feeling the love between Pyxel and Crash.
I still enjoyed this on a somewhat superficial level but don't go in here expecting an epic love story as this is not it.
So, If you're looking for something hot, heavy and dirty then this certainly delivers in spades on that front.
On a side-note that grumpy little Teddy alien Farti; stole the show here for me.
I borrowed Brute with my KU subscription
All opinions expressed here are entirely my own.

So, this was a lil bit trashy, but there's nothing wrong with it. We all have our guilty pleasures. Yeah the characters had no personality whatsover, there were less than no description and if there were conflicts, big boy Crash was gonna take care of it with his big macho body but, hey, the sex scenes where good at least, and that's all that matters.

Short. Bare on plotline, but I think the author's intention was to get the reader hot and bothered.
Score one for the author!
Def a hot read, but not one to make me think. A great book vacation with an alien wielding a big c@ck!

This is a funny tale of a alien and human pairing that starts on post apocalyptic Earth. The premise is very unique, however, beginning with an intergalactic transaction between aliens and a human female with an artifact and followed by a face to face point of sale meeting. The plot and the conflict with the Genari aliens seem a bit fanciful at times. The relationship between Crash and Pyxel is definitely a love hate scenario that contains dubious consent.
This story contains a lot of rough sex and sexual discipline, primarily because of the brutish alien nature of the hero and his almost 24/7 sex drive that is matched reluctantly by the heroine. I enjoyed this book and it's unique trope. I felt the characters were well developed and because of that cared for both Pyxel and Crash, although it was hard to really see them as a couple through the story it all comes together nicely at the end.

Silliness Sexiness💋 in Space🚀

Pyxel💃💋 is a human woman just trying to make a living selling earth artifacts to alien traders. She is a rip off artist.
Crash🐺🍆🌋🔪🔫 has come to earth in the far future to get artifacts to resell. He's a giant of a humanoid creature. He's nine feet tall, and a brushed aluminum color, extremely handsome and virile.
When Pyxel💃💋 crashes her skimmer on The way to the meeting place with Crash🐺🍆🌋🔪🔫, she hurts her ankle. Crash🐺🍆🌋🔪🔫 insists on taking her to his ship's med bay.
Crash🐺🍆🌋🔪🔫 is a super alpha male and when Pyxel💃💋 resists, he spanks👋👋 her, and takes her with him.
The book is a XXX filled spank👋👋 fest. Not a lot of meaningful story.

meh.

I didn't really mind their relationship towards the end because it was obvious it's what she wanted-and he seem to actually care about her--- BUT in the beginning I rreeallly didn't like what he was doing, saying, or thinking about the h. No. Do not like.

description

These kinds of 'romances' are a little tough for me because they seem pretty rapey, I'm okay with the punishment by sex thing if its establish before hand and they are both into it-and its more of a game. The whole 'I own you, I can do what ever I want to you, and you get NO say' is a bit to much for me.

No thanks.

This book just made me sad. The heroine had lost so much.
.SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER

She is one of the few humans left on Earth. Her mother died giving birth to her brother. Her dad left her to carry on the family's legacy. Protecting artifacts from earth.

She tells multiple alien buyers she has a chip, the height of Earth's technology. She has no intention of selling it to them, just needs money to protect her other artifacts.

Her home gets blown up, the chip is sold, she leaves earth to be with the hero. I just felt bad for her.

Everyone Needs A Crash

Titillating, sexy alien romance with a feisty human female and a hunk of alien male. A fun and twisty plotline, highly recommended.

They say, leave your comfort zone, think outside the box, let yourself drift, try something new ... so well Alien 👽 Sience Fiction with eroticism is it.

And it was so funny, entertaining, completely unexpected and so good.

The thought processes of one life form about the behaviour and thinking of the other life form is so familiar, as if you look into a mirror of everyday life in the world.

Of course there was also sexiness, drama, a HEA, everything a good book needs, an entertaining story, but I really didn't expect the smile factor.

Meh

The sad thing about this book is that it had the potential to be more but the author went the easy way. I wasn’t expecting much, being Loki Renard and all, but this one actually had a promising plot.

I’m not a fan of erotica, it can be quite dull. It’s almost always a f*ckfest and it can get old too quickly.

I keep wavering between one and two stars for this one.

It was just... boring and formulaic, and considering the amount of erotica I read, that's saying something.

Also, creative spellings in science fiction are idiotic.

Also also, the sex is uninspired and the ultimate in size queen bullshit.

Kr'ash aka Crash is a nine foot tall alien that came to earth to buy something from a trader named Pyxel. When they meet, it's a clash of wills from the very start. Pyxel is a brat of the highest degree and Crash doesn't tolerate disrespect from a tiny human female. Crash also has his partner along for the deal, but Pyxel thinks Farti is his fuzzy, cute pet! Farti has the head and body proportions of a teddy bear with two times the fuzz. The banter and actions of both Pyxel and Crash is never ending with it's push-pull between the two and causes Pyxel many painfull punishments by Crash, he disciplines her with spankings and sex. He is gigantic remember and so is his appendage. Pyxel takes everything Crash dishes out, except for his seed, she is highly allergic to it and practically dies the first time she is exposed to it. The chip Pyxel is supposed to be trading Crash for is highly sought for by many others and being unsure of a deal between this alien, Pyxel made a tentative deal with other aliens too. Then the sh*t hits the fan when another warring alien race arrives to get the chip. There is a lot of amusing banter between Crash and Pyxel while Farti, the fuzzy bear watches usually, he really doesn't do much in the story, but is fun to have around so Pyxel has someone to mouth off to besides Crash. There are quite a few very steaming hot, sexy scenes between Crash and Pixel, most are caused by Pyxel's talking trash and getting punished by whatever sexual act Crash could think up. I enjoyed the story, it kept your attention throughout and had numerous other alien species involved, mainly for the chip that Pyxel had to sell. The queen was very interesting as she was a unique addition and evil and the Vatiri were violent and brutal. In all, I was thouroughly entertained and happy with this new "monster" story that Loki gave us.

Pyxel has met her match, well sort of. Kra’sh is here with Farti to pick up an artifact. But Pyxel doesn’t have what they want and just wants the money. She didn’t expect to be caught on her lie and vile mouth, to be punished and taken. Kra’sh knows humans are rare but this little thing has stirred something in him. She is his and he will break her and show her what she is meant for.

Pyxel has a mouth on her. If she would have just remained calm and did the transaction, she could have gotten away with it. Nope. She let all her cursing and rebellion get the best of her. But she is also enjoying the discipline and hot sex for this big hot, thick, alien. You have to love a big brooding alien. I have to say the first sex scene is intense. You can only imagine how BIG he is. WOW! And WTF is going on with his “seed.” He says it’s an allergic reaction. I guess they didn’t realized that it is a match setting her on fire. Seriously, though, dangerous seed WOW. I felt for her too. She felt lost in a world that she had to fight for. Kra-sh was a big alien and could take care of himself. And you have to love the “pet” that he has, Farti. He sounded like an Ewok. So cute.

OMFG, this book has it all. Giant aliens who have giant equipment who happen to like rebellious human women, lots of kinkery, and scary bad aliens. What more can I possibly want in a hot, sexy book?

So, Pyxel is one of the few humans who are still remaining on a largely depopulated Earth. She holds it as part of her duty to help keep human history safe, so she has a huge horde of stuff, including a chip that she's trying to sell.

Crash and his partner Farti have made the long haul to Earth to buy this chip from Pyxel. It's a long trip, but the price they can get when they sell the chip will make it all worth it. But, is it all going to be that easy? I mean it really sounds like it should be, but...

I loved this story. It was just a great premise with a pair of awesome main characters. I like Farti, when we see him. We don't see him a lot, but the bits we do see kind of made me laugh. I'm pretty sure he didn't mean to be comic relief, but whatever, it works for me. I really enjoyed their story, and I'd love to see more of Crash, Pyxel, and Farti.

Crash (Kr'ash) and Pyxel are like a dynamic duo. Totally into each other from the moment they meet. Unfortunately, Pyxel is a lying swindler. Crash is on Earth to do business with her and all sorts of bad things happen. Crash is a nine foot tall alien, ex military, armed guard kind of guy. He uses sex as a punishment to teach sassy women their place. Enter the sex starved Pyxel...

Good times, indeed.

Expect lots of sex. There is some violence, but mostly it is off screen. You can hear it, but you don't have to see it. And lots of sex. With some butt spanks. And then more sex.

Don't expect huge character development. This is a fairly short story. But there is some. But a sci fi from Loki Renard is just too much for me to even pretend to not want to read. I saw this, and immediately shelved what I was reading to read this one. And yes, I enjoyed it. Just call me shallow.

~ Just holding down the fort ~

This is another bold-aciously engaging story of a hulking ex-special forces warrior alien who arrives with his deceptively pet-like business partner to make a trade for the next item on their retrieval list. Except the trader turns out to be a delectable but delicate human female, an inferior/junior species, who manages to not only be impertinent and insolent, but their trade deal does not get off to an auspicious start either.

“Crash” cannot believe this little mouthy liar of a trader, no one else would even dare to try what Pyxel did to him. But once Crash gets a taste of her, he already knows he wants more than the trinket item he had just traveled one-year’s time to Earth for - he wants HER. But meeting her is only the start of something none of them can see coming!

I loved everything about this Alien Warrior Crash he was sexy and domineering in every single way and lets say a little scary at times but oh so yummy and I want one of my own, Pyxel is a human and pushes every one of his buttons trying to survive the only way she knows how on Earth and oh so feisty and we all know what shes getting punishment along with his side kick Farti who was adorable and so cool and different . The characters and storyline is fantastic and I couldn't put it down, it was exciting and you never knew what was coming next. I loved it all and being introduced to the new aliens species was so refreshing.

This erotic alien sci-fi is a phenomenal read! Crash is a brute and I love it! Pyxel is a hustler that’s at the end of her game. She’s carrying a secret that species from other planets would kill for. Pyxel is the keeper of this last treasure from the human planet and she guards it with her life.

When Crash meets the feisty little human, he finds her intriguing. Through the trade transaction Pyxel leaves an impression on Crash that warrants his actions to abduct her!

This was a hot read that had me blushing and wondering...how? 😏

Fans of erotic alien sci-fi will certainly enjoy this treasure filled read!

Loki Renard writes another fabulous book with aliens and their unusual and enviable appendages.
Crash is a large warrior alien who is domineering and definitely Alpha.
Pyxel is a human who is trying to survive on earth. She deals in selling earth items that are wanted by aliens. She has met her match with Crash though.
This story was well written and kept me reading long into the night so I could finish it. Loki writes such interesting characters using her imagination and they become endeared by the reader.

As always the author has written a book that has me smiling and squirming at the same time. Pyxel a human female lures a few paying customers from space for an artifact. However Pyxel have a few tricks up her sleeve, and when Crash gets his hand on the tricky human, he will make her pay for her disobedience. However the other clients she tried to sell to, are not as nice as Crash and his partner and will stop at nothing to get the artifact. Cue the danger, fighting, running for lives to commence.

A fun read that's highly enjoyable.

Fantastic story but a little too much sexual punishment for me and too soon in the story (even though she liked it). Kr'ash, Pyxel, and Farti are great characters and the story was attention grabbing. The story starts out with major punishment sex but soon morphed. The second half of the story is what really kept me from putting down this book (but I am a major sci-fi/fantasy reader). It reminded me of Unbound:Kindred #19 with the introduction of the Hive (I love the Kindred stories). Loved the ending.

I was so captivated - right from the beginning
Wow!! The sex scenes are HAWT... My panties just went up in flames
Pyxel lied to get buyers to come to Earth so she could scan them out off The money, she has no intention on selling the chip
Crash realizes she's lying, trying to scan them and decides she needs to be punished! She is lucky that it is he and his colleague, Farti, that have come to Earth. Just as he is punishing her, again, Genari forces show
Now they must fight off the Genari and leave Earth... Can Crash keep her safe

Hmmpfh....

Well I'm not sure what to say about this story . I thought it was interesting but I thought the sex scenes were a little more like rape scenes . If it weren't for the female not really being upset by it and the male believing that it was the right thing to do as it was done to females regularly on his home planet ( as accepted behavior ), I would have put the book down . Since it was humorous in places ( imagine that! ) and it wasn't a long book , I managed to finish it . It ended well. HEA etc ...

Original

This was not the usual alien romance that I've read before. She's a human, conning aliens out of money to preserve her house of human artifacts. It's also going trapped to kill aliens. Only thing is, he's not conned so easily.

There's an injury that he fixes. She leads him into a trap. There's punishment for "bad " behavior lol. If a bdsm friendly alien isn't your thing, this book isn't for you.

Then she's kidnapped by these bee-like aliens and almost dies at their hands. Her big alien brute saves her.
