WOW!! Just WOW! This was actually a very good story. It
was a story within a story. The back story of Abigail Herrington and her Husband with all those hidden room's in that mansion, I'm not going to talk anymore about it. You just need to read it.

THIS IS 100% MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE BOOK BY MS. KELLI CALLAHAN TO DATE.
I am an avid reader of romance and Ms. Callahan has certainly entertained me time and again with her publications. Reading Secrets & Sins was as if my birthday and Christmas came early. The raw beauty of this storyline coupled with the creation of these characters; Brianna, Shane and Dante truly made this a read I quickly became engrossed in. I'd like to write my review without giving much away from this impressive romance, so I will try to generalize as best I can.
Being from a small town with big dreams to go off to California has always been Brianna's dream and in a few short months, that's exactly what she's planning... until she happens to come across the most gorgeous men she has ever laid her eyes on outside of movies and magazines. While shopping with her best friend for a Halloween costume, Brianna actually stumbles upon her future in the form of Shane. While apologizing, she meets his best friend and business partner Dante and this story just takes off and you'll be as enraptured as myself with Kelly's immense talent and her ability to draw you right in. Will Brianna, Shane and Dante get their happily ever after? Or will she be able to walk away? Shane and Dante are in the business of flipping houses and only plan on staying in this quaint small town until their done. You see, Shane has had a failed marriage put behind him and Dante has vowed never to settle down so why the interest in this woman and why do they long for more than a night with this woman? I implore all reader's of romance to read this release from Ms. Callahan from cover to cover as I have done and you will see how Ms. Callahan shines at her craft. I started recommending this book when I was only about a third of the way through and told each person I know to devour it. Trust that Secrets & Sins is definitely worth your time.

Well you never know how a chance meeting could change your life.
Brianna and her best friend Jackie were shopping for Halloween costume. It was their thing. Brianna is still a virgin so isn't keen when Jackie took her to the cornered off section with the SEXY outfits, when she came out she bumped into a tall muscled sexy man with steel blue eyes. Shane, hot-as-sin and downright delicious.Shane is taken back by Brianna and quickly starts a conversation with her. its all going really well and then Dante turns up.Dante, so dark and mysterious with eyes that make me tremble. He is a tall muscled sexy dark haired man with onyx eyes. His voice is rough and sexy. When they invite them to there house for Halloween Jackie quickly losing interest. Dante is just too dark and brooding!
The whole town is talking about them. How they brought the overlook Mansion. It had been on the market for years. Shane and Dante brought houses for a discounted price and then brought them back to life. making them most desirable to the rich.
They decide to make some Halloween decorations and take photos for there diary of the work on the mansion. It isn't long till the town is taking about the mansion being haunted. Brianna decides to drive up and have a look. When she is there Shane and Dante spot her and ask her to see the mansion.
They hit it off straight away. Brianna starts to feel things that she has never felt before so when they invite her again for Halloween she isn't sure what to do.
Dante is very quick to design their night with Brianna, Shane isn't sure she will turn up but hopes she will for a night of sin. but can Brianna admit to her feelings??
This is a fantastic read. The Characters are very engaging. Each having their own story to tell. But so does the mansion, the secrets start to open the world for Brianna.

Brianna and her besty Jackie are costume shopping for their last Halloween before Brianna heads to California for an internship and to finish her degree. They run into the two hot older men who recently moved to town and get an invite to their Halloween party.
Shane and Dante have been best friends and business partners since college. The mansion they just bought resembles more of a haunted house that the show piece it once was. They stand to make a nice profit once they fix it up to sell.
A haunted house for Halloween and a party will make a nice promotion, to bad the two young women they met at the Halloween story had other plans. They were hoping to share the naughty secrets and diary they found in the house.
Brianna can't get Shane and Dante out of her head. When Jackie gets called to work on Halloween, Brianna is at loose ends. Shane and Dante's invasion still stands. She finds herself dressed as the naughty cheerleader heading to their mansion.
Shane and Dante are thrilled Brianna showed. Dante pegged her for a natural submissive and was looking forward to exploring a Dom\ sub evening with her. Brianna responds better than the two men could have imagined, and they want more. Brianna knows their relationship has an expiration date, but she can't help but hope for more.
Great holiday story. MFM, no MM, some spanking. A nice epilogue to wrap up their story.

Shane and Dante are house flippers and they have just bought the Overlook Mansion to renovate and flip. When they see Brianna and her friend they invite them to the mansion for a party. However Brianna's friend Jackie thinks its a bad idea. When Jackie has to work Brianna decides to go and hang out with Shane and Dante. Dante decorated in case Brianna came and wanted to have something special planned in each room. Brianna was anxious about going back to the mansion but she wanted to see the guys again so she dressed in her cheerleading costume and went. They have a wild night and the next morning Brianna comes across the diary of the woman that originally lived in the mansion. The stories in the diary were steamy hot and leads Brianna to wanting to write a screen play about it. Will Shane and Dante be able to convince her that they can be more than just a fling?
This is an amazing story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Shane, Brianna and Dante is steaming hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

In this book we meet Brianna, Shane and Dante. Brianna and her best friend Jackie are out shopping for their Halloween costumes just like they have done every year since they were little. However this year has a black cloud hanging over it because it their last year doing it together. Brianna is getting ready to move to California for college where Jackie is still trying to raise money to go. However while exiting the more racy costumes Brianna bumps into someone that makes her take pause. Shane and Dante are men who flip houses for a living and are in town to work on the Overlook Mansion. One look at Brianna though and they know what they want to flip instead. Can they all find a special treat for Halloween or will it all be tricks?
This is an amazing book. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Was pulled into this one straight away. I liked the characters instantly. It was very steamy & full of chemistry.
Brianna meets Shane & Dante ( yum) shopping for Halloween bits, they invite her round theirs & initially she isn’t going to go but as the days go on she can’t get their proposition out of her head. She’s a virgin but they ignite desires in her that she never knew she had. In the end she decides to go dressed as a naughty cheerleader like they suggested & finds the guys have turned the house into a ‘funhouse’ where they play out various fantasies & give her a chance to explore her naughty side. I liked all the role playing & how they dressed as various characters & really got into it - things got very hot! The ending was sweet.

I’m a big fan of Kelli Callahan’s and her sexy stories, I’ve enjoyed everything of hers that I’ve read including this story Secrets and Sin. Shane and Dante by an old spooky mansion they are going to fix it up then flip it, they go to a Halloween shop to buy supplies and that’s where they meet Brianna. Brianna is a college student who decides to go out to buy a Halloween costume and while there she meets two sexy men who have bought the old spooky Overlook mansion, they invite her over and the guys realise that she is a natural submissive. Theirs mystery, twists, laughs, some hot sexy scenes and so much more to keep you entertained and turning the pages. A fantastic story and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. Loved this story about Dante, Shane and Brianna. They meet at a Halloween store when she and her BFF are out shopping for costumes, they literally run into each other. The boys invite them to a party at the house they are flipping, but her friend Jackie doesn't want to. So the invite stands open, unfortunately Jackie has to work and Brianna decides to go. Do image her surprise when she becomes the guys treat. The house holds some secrets from the past that will help them all in the future. Great chemistry and love the dynamic between them. Has a little of the kink as well as mfm.

A very was sexy and hot story to read for readers with an open mind, the attraction between two hot, as hell men knowing what a woman wants even if she does not know it herself, in this MFM story is sizzling. Ms. Kelli Callahan did another fantastic job on this story to keep her readers captivated. I was apprehensive at first, as I was not as excited with the second book, half expecting the same kind of storyline. This is an amazing and riveting story, that keeps the readers captivated from first chapter to last; learning things about their own desires and not expecting to find it so striking to read.

This was a fantastic book! I couldn't put it down. I am never disappointed in reading anything by Kelli Callahan.
Brianna is looking to her future in California when she meets Dante and Shane at a local Halloween store. She is intrigued by them but also is a little weary. They brings feelings out in her that scares her a little but that doesn't stop her from taking a chance. Dante and Shane flip houses and it has brought them to Bakersfield to flip the Overlook Mansion. They have been friends and business partners since college. They have shared before but it has been years. Since it is Halloween time, they decide to give her a Funhouse so she can tap into her hidden submissiveness. Will they have one night of fun or will they be able to make it work as a trio?

This book is cringe-worthy and not at all sexy. Most of the reviews are from people who got the book for free. (Which I have no problem with, but where are the other reviews?) Do not like the sub-dom thing because it’s very much like FSOG. They don’t explain anything to her.

This is the first book of this author that I’ve read. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The background story on the original occupants of the mansion kept the story interesting and intriguing. If you suspend disbelief on how their relationship started, you’ll find the story decent and smooth flowing with steamy sex scenes. I do wish more time was spent on Shane’s and Dante’s character development. Overall, good plot. [I received an advanced copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.]

Book three in the Surrender to Them series is one well-written story. Dante and Shane put on a Halloween party at Overlook Mansion a house they have bought and are renovating, Brianna goes and her life gets changed from that night. As the three of them spend time together they find out a lot about Mr. Herrington and his wife Abigail the original owners of the home and the hidden rooms in the home and what they liked to do there. Well what do you get when you take a virgin mix in two best friends and Halloween one seriously sexy fun spooky read. I love the fact these guys are both dominant but in different way like one is light and the other is darker but they complement each other and they call to her. This book hooks you in and holds you. Such a good read.

I loved the main story and the "mini" story within the book! You will definitely have to read the book to understand what I mean (;

4.5 stars Excellent contemporary MFM romance. This story takes place in a small town that most of the young people can't wait to leave. The blurb describes the story. The main characters were interesting and along the way the author gave tid bits of background information that made it easier to understand where the characters came from and how they evolved. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by this author.

Amidst all the steam and sinfully sexiness of this story, there is a sweetness too. It also goes to show, that regardless of how one lives their lives there is someone out there, you may meet by chance, that is perfect for you. In Brianna’s case, there happen to be two. This is a fun and exciting holiday book! Even if MFM is not for you, the underlying story is great. I received this book for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review.
