It seems like there is some interesting story here, but… it felt to me like there wasn't the payoff I was hoping for in this issue. A very dense issue, with perhaps two flashes of excitement… one that felt implausible to me (telling a Senate committee that thinks it has "the highest possible clearance" that they actually don't, as they take a witness away without answering the committee's questions) and one which only really shows up in the final spread. One of those where I am more hopeful about the issue or issues to follow than the one I just read.
