This book is a little confusing to read because it references the other attachments so much. I wish it was sold as a paper copy because I found it really annoying to have to read it on my phone or laptop while also having the printed resources out and the recipe cards on the laptop, too. I had to read the whole thing at the desk or at a table, which isn’t very comfortable. That being said, I found the content very good and I am going to start my 6 weeks tomorrow! I have been following the prep steps and I am nervous, but excited. I really like this book as an accompaniment to Eat to Live and The End if Dietinf by Dr. Joel Fuhrman.
