Things are getting super convoluted!! I think this series will be worth a re read just to see what I missed when distracted by the sex!

Contains chapters 42 to 48.
Patient 3 keeps getting it. Patient 4 is awoken and kept as a "Sacred Servant", and we go back to 2040 to learn his story. We learn about the Izanami. As patient 2 and his helpers try to figure out how it all started, they meet patient 3 and his caretaker.
