Started off OK, then went downhill quickly. The author would have been well served to focus more on Kanban, and spend less time on Scrum or XP, where many misconceptions were presented as fact, resulting in propagating misinformation.

If you're looking for useful and well written information on Kanban or an objective and insightful comparison of Kanban to other popular techniques, look elsewhere.

It said it would cover the basics, but it was immediately throwing terms around that were not defined. It was very unorganized. They jumped straight into the tools for implementation without any explanation. I stopped reading it after 10%.

Needs an editor.

Not about kanban so much as a wander through the pros and cons of agile methodologies. Typos and bad writing.

This book is awful!

An entire book on visualizing with zero visuals! Who wants to read of descriptions of visuals with zero examples. Ridiculous

An Ok Read

Book provides a brief overview of kanban. However, there are moments the author went down rabbit trails and took long to get back to point of the chapter.
