Pursuing The Plug
With the hustle of his father and a heart that reflects his mother’s, Rafeeq Jones was bound for eminence. As a sole entity, his parents gave him free reign in young adulthood, which led to his unfathomable career choice.
The streets refer to him as “Heavy”, a pseudonym representing more than his frame. Heavy pockets. Heavy cash flow. Heavy in the game. Heavy hitter. Heavy-handed. Heavy-hearted. Rafeeq suited them all. His heaviness in the streets caused him to lead a lonesome lifestyle that he had no desire to transform. At least not until he meets Hampsher, the radiating reflection of himself.
Happiness was unobtainable for Hampsher Wells. She’d convinced herself of it since the deadly killing of her mother, which she’d watched from the banister of her home at the age of seven. She stumbled upon Rafeeq with no intentions of entertaining him beyond the night of pleasure they both indulged in.
If there’s nothing else you’ve learned about the first Mr. Jones, you’re vetted on his persistence. Rafeeq is no different from his father, his chase also filled with elation and determination. However, the woman he’s after doesn’t plan on being caught. Ever.

Mercy B😳
I’m hoping for a happy ending for all. RahMeek can’t be gone he’s my book bae. Bella would loose her mine and Reine poor child a daddy’s girl 😥. Rafeeq and Hampsher (Fida) deserve a fairytale ending. She need some normalcy for goodness a chance to have done that was snatch from her at the tender age of seven. Hope we don’t have to wait long. Great read Mercy but I’m not surprised she always deliver.

Listen, I need more. Hampsher has been harboring her true feelings for too long. She really thought she figured everything out but missed the most important thing when it came to her father. She blamed so many for what was naturally her father's fault. Rafeeq was something else but I loved how even though he didn't go looking for love he still kept going after what his heart wanted. Hampsher made things hard and was constantly running because she didn't know how to deal with the obvious. I wasn't surprised Hampshere was still missing one person after hitting so close to home with Crimson. I am curious to know if her father was afraid she'd soon learn the truth and did everything possible to avoid having to deal with her. Hampsher should've known better that Rafeeq wouldn't allow her to cause any problems within his family. I really can't wait for part 2 and hope Hampsher realizes how her need for revenge could've possibly caused her to lose more than she already had. I'm hoping Rafeeq and RahMeek will both be good and that whatever enemies are lying in wait will be dealt with and Hampsher will let her hurt go.

Too slow
This book was too slow and soooo repetitive. It was like every chapter described the same thing over and over and then sex. Then it happened again and let’s not forget all the running and chasing it was too much. If the author was not going to let us experience the true killer of Hampsher then she could have cut down some of these repetitive chapters and got to the good parts quicker. The book for me didn’t start getting good until the very end. It took me a week in a half to finish this story. I will read part 2 because like I said the best was at the end and I wanna know how everything goes.

I devoured this book. I was happy to see Meek, Bella, and Reign again. I hope part 2 comes out soon, because I wanna know what happens next like yesterday. Hampsher is very cold and calculating, and also very smart. Her and Rafeeq were so much alike. I hope he or Meek isn't dead. She needs a real family filled with love to warm her lil icy heart.

Loved every second of it
JESUS take the wheel I'm sooooooo speechless right now. I just knew Mercy wasn't about to give us this happy ending 😂😂😂. I would say that I'm really looking forward to part 2 because I know it's about to bring the heat. Fantastic read and I love reading about the Jones's.

I'm all in my feelings
Lord if this author does not pull me all the way outside of my body, l don't know who else can In this genre! The story had me going from page one to the last page. Heavy has got to be okay.... H...... Man! I am so mad with her! Mercy B needs to hurry with the next part. I'm left with my mouth hanging open. Wow!

Good Read
Enjoyed the storyline and it was well written. Full of drama and so many twist and turns dealing with Rafeeq and Hampsher's relationship. I always felt that it was something about her father and her mother's death. Totally unbelievable. That ending...OMG. Can't wait to see what happens next. Good job Mercy B.

Speechless
Speechless! I'm trying to process the ending bc I did not predict that outcome! Amazing storyline and so unique come pair to the other spin-off! I love how it wasn't a mushy type of love, but a love that they had to learn to accept! I'm trying to think what can happen next book and how will this effect Hampsher. Mercy did it again, cant wait for part 2

GREAT BOOK!!!!
This book was so good...I absolutely loved it. I was loving Rafeeq and Hampsher together...That ending left my mouth wide open...I was not ready for that at all. This is most definitely a must read. I can't wait to read part 2....Mercy B you have done it again....great job...

I didn't know this book was out until I was scrolling through amazon. I love the Jones family. Rafeeq is all grown up. He is every bit his father. Hampsher this girl had everything planned down to the wire. I really believe she love Rafeeq. Can't wait for pt 2.
