We get two couples for the price of one...so a twofer.
Sylvia, Penny’s bestie lands herself a Great White shifter, Cobalt, and yes that was just as intense as it sounded. Whew, he was exactly the way you would think he would be...*fans self*. Sylvia is having a tough time after the first book, when she decides to go visit Penny. Cobalt comes to the Tiger Shark shifters to find out what happened to his brother Poet. Then we have Kalina and the human Rafe that have a sweeter courtship. He works for and with Kane, who is a huge pain in the booty and a shark hater too.
This book had so much in it, a lot of questions answered, some were completely shocking and others not as much. We get to see a lot of our favorite characters and some new favorites too. One thing...why is Evelyn still out there...evil at it’s worst right there. Not sure I have ever loathed a character more honestly. And yet, apparently evil never dies. This book was packed with emotion, some happy, some sad, but lots of emotion. This was a safe read, both couples. No om or ow drama for the couples. Oh, there was storyline drama for days, the good sharks against the bad ones...always. This had plenty of baby batter, a perfect epilogue and an hea. Next book please.

Afreakingmazing!!!!
I have said this too many times before. Chris Genovese is a f*@&ing word guru. That man can write anything and make a nonbeliever a believer. I don't usually read Paranormal, nor dark or scary books. You know you have a freaking amazing Author when you can read a genre you don't really like and boom you can't put it down.
My favorite part has to be, "What is anger..." "What is jealousy?...." "What is sadness?…" those were some of my highlights. Lol 😂
I thought I was going to have to hunt Chris down after this book. I was addicted and hanging onto every word! I love you Coby!!! Shoot. I love you too Raf!!!

Absolutely Fintastic!
Bite Me Harder picks up where Oh Bite Me left off. And, brah, what a wild ride it is! In this book, we are following two couples and their paths to happily ever after. But those paths are lined with a tsunami of trouble in the form of Evelyn (yes, the b*tch is back) and her new gang of hammerhead shifters.
Chris Genovese sure knows how to craft a story that grabs hold of you and won't let go until you've devoured the entire book.
Why did I buy this book? Two words: shark shifters. Was it any good? Two more words: Absolutely Fintastic! Jawsome! Ok, that was three words. But you get my point. 🦈❤ #sharklove

Oh bite me!
Just when you think Chris Genovese can't too a book he delivers Bite Me Harder. This book makes you want to become a shark shifter. I could not put this book down at all. The story is so intense you will be at the edge of your seat biting your nails. There is love, sacrifice and a whole lot of action written in this story. Hearts will be broken, bonds become stronger, secrets will be revealed and new relationships formed. Bite Me Harder delivers it all and then some. Cobalt is the new shark on the block and I absolutely love his character. He is mysterious and yet so damaged. Sylvia is determined to break through his rough shell and make him see the good in himself. New characters are introduced and characters from book 1 return to give you a story of one of a kind.
Chris Genovese is an author I can only recommend. With each book you get thrown into a world of fantasy and erotica with a twist of action and thriller. Let’s just say Cobalt can Bite Me any damn time he wants! I’ll take his broady, asshole way anytime or day!!!
Just when I think I couldn’t fall in love with Chris’ writing anymore than I already do he brings us book 2 of his Shark Shifter book. Well hell put a fork in me cause I am so well done it’s not even funny.
Chris will bring you into the underworld of sharks and you won’t want to return with Bite Me Harder. He captured my intrigue in the shark shifter world with Bite Me and kept me on the edge of my seat with book 2. The intrigue, the suspense, the romance. I don’t even know where to really begin with saying how much I enjoyed reading Bite Me Harder. From page one you are once again drawn into the story of Thane and Penny and his small little family. New characters are introduced and bits and pieces that you questioned in book one are revealed. I fell in absolute love with Kalina, Rafe, Sylvia and Cobalt and the rest of the gang all over again.

Devil and the Deep Blue Sea....
I was so looking forward to this second book in the series. It was definitely worth the wait. Chris Genovese takes us on an ankle biter of a story. I loved reconnecting with Penny and Thane and the rest of the clan. Sylvia, Penny's best friend decides to leave the city and dip her toe into the Australian waters and take a leap and join her friend. We meet some new players, one of them named Cobalt. A alpha male rogue who is only interested in the ocean, eating and sex. He is so not into touch feely emotions or having any kind of lasting relationship with a woman. As brutal as he is, I felt myself drawn to him immediately.
This story has erotic sex, shark attack action, romance and a villain to boot. That villain's name is Evelyn and her mission in life is to cause terror and havoc to both humans and sharks. I wanted her to perish in an agonizing way, maybe inflict an Edward Scissorfins on her rump. I am hoping that this story continues, because I miss these sharks already.

HOLY COW!!! I loved this one, even more than the first if that is even possible. I was hooked from the very beginning and there was not a slow point in the book. Which means there is no place to put it down. In Bite Me Harder we are following two strong females, meeting their mates, and trying to keep humans as well as each other safe.
Sylvia is trying to overcome her fear of water and sharks after the massacre in book 1. She fears Penny and her friends, yeah they are the good guys but still sharks. Kalina wants to be loved, she wants more in her life than what is on the island. Oh and Evelyn, the evil witch with a B is back. I truly despise that woman/shark. Each time there is an attack I hope she meets her end. Hey don't judge.
There was so much going on in this book! A huge twist, well actually more than one. Moments that had me crying and others had me looking for a fan.

Bite Me Harder was absolutely fin-omenal! It was a great follow-up to Bite Me, which I highly recommend you read first. This was a viscerally unique shifter novel, featuring sharks in a place full of old-world legends and new-world struggles for dominance and existence. There was also a sexy dual romance story line happening alongside the shark shifters' battles as well, which gave great insight into the shark world. I loved the characters' depth and development - you could really see the character flaws as well as their strengths. The action scenes were high octane, riveting and heart-pounding, and there were huge surprises lurking around every corner! Seriously, if you want a different paranormal romance read that you can really sink your sharp little teeth into, this series is well worth reading!

The characters are beautifully written, with realistic character traits that are easy to connect with and I dare you not to fall in love a little or alot with each of them. The story line is filled with drama, action, revenge, surprises, secrets and so many twists and turns. The fight scenes are so descriptive you will find yourself looking for fins! The author has, IMO, created a rich and vibrant world, and his shape shifter lore is on point! If you are after a shifter book with something extra special then this is the book you will want to dive right into- with floaties of course :)

I think I have found a new obsession. Yup. paranormal romance thanks to Chris Genovese.There is just something about his writing that draws you in and doesn't let go. The characters and the storyline are captivating and you can't help but want these shark shifters to find their happily ever after. Book two follows two couples Kalina and Rafe and Sylvia and Cobalt and their journey to finding happiness. As you know falling in love is not always easy and so you can imagine falling in love with someone who is only part human and the drama that might cause (in a good way) This book is full of suspense, action, and of course we can't forget the romance!
I would definitely recommend this author to anyone wanting to read paranormal romance :) Great job!

Continuing from the previous book in the series we see what happens when a lonely shark shifter meets a carefree surfer, an alpha shark shifter focussed on revenge and a DJ who is no longer confident after a shark attack. It seems that once again there is plenty of passion but also a large dose of pain as the battles between the sharks intensifies and the main victims in the middle are innocent humans. Can the two couples who are coming together in this story survive the battles ahead and have the HEA they want and deserve?
This was very dramatic and had a lot of storylines coming together as well as the requisite romance and inter shark shifter politics. Well written, easy to read and understand as well as enjoyable. Contains explicit sexual content.

Another fin-tastic story by Chris Genovese! I didn't think I could love this one more than the first one (Oh, Bite Me), but I was wrong, it was absolutely phenomenal!!! I instantly fell in love with this story, from the first chapter it pulls you in and I couldn't put it down. It is well-crafted and such an unique read that leaves you salivating for more. Peggy and Thane and the gang are back, along with some new characters, and I fell in love with everyone all over again, except for Evelyn she's always lurking. I can't wait to read more of this series. Trust me you will not regret purchasing this amazing book.

This is another hit for this naughty author. And words cannot express how much I’ve enjoyed this hot, delicious romance, you find your emotions at the forefront. Quite a few laughs and lots of wicked bits to salivate into.

This is book two in the series and it did not disappoint. This book brought back the characters we loved from book one and introduced us to some new characters to love and others to hate. The action and suspenseful moments in this book play second only to the hot and steamy scenes. This series is a must read.

Amazing story. Need more
So when you think a story can't get much better and you are.proven wrong. I could put this down once I started. Gavin 3 perspectives and adding Sylvia was amazing. So now I wait for the next one. Thank goodness I have the shark shifters a chance because it is so great.

Love me some sharks and this book! I was so into it,and got lost in the imaginary world he created! I was emotionally invested. It had everything you could ever want in a good book; love, hate, blistering hot s** and some really intense moments. I will be impatiently waiting to find out what happens next!

Emotionally charged
Emotionally charged sequel that I absolutely loved! The author did a fantastic job with the descriptions of the scenes in the oceans. The addition of Rafe and Cobalt rounded out the cast of characters nicely and they fit perfectly in this world. I do hope the author writes another book in this series.

What an awesome follow-up story Chris has written! A must read if you love shifter stories. It was a perfect read for Shark Week!! There are the main characters returning and some fresh new characters. Old rivalries with new attacks. Who wins, who loses?

Hmmm shark shifters...
This 2 book series is different. Chris knows sex, he also knows how to tell a story. He keeps it lean, mean and includes fighting machines. A few editing errors but they don't detract from the story at all. Pretty much a sexually charged adventure story.
