This book, while it seems to be to be geared towards entrepreneurs, also has something for those in the corporate world or a stay-at-home mom. As a life coach, Lauren really delves into what you need to do to discover your passions, your strengths -- those things that will make you a spitfire. A really quick and easy read (I was done in one sitting), it provides excellent food for thought about which way you want to steer both your career and your life.

Great, easy read! I thought the concepts of Ember, Flame, & Blaze in relation to your passion & motivation was easy to understand & explain to others. Lots of great nuggets without being fluffy like a lot of typical business or personal development books. The self-evaluation questions & exercises were helpful for understanding your current situation & refocusing attention on where you should go next.

There are some good excerises, and the personal story is great. The number of dictionary definitions for words is quite annoying.

It was really hard to get into. There were some glaring writing concerns (e.g. the use of 'someone' when 'something' was meant).
