If you are looking for a motivational book that is both practical and encouraging this is the read for you. The difficulties of starting up a business are laid bare without making you waver from your target. Your confidence will be bolstered as you learn to “establishing your value”. A person walks away from this book feeling like they can accomplish anything which many motivational books can do but this author actually gives you the practical advice needed to accomplish your goals. The content is not only from an experienced business person with proven success but from a place of research. All throughout the book there are references to other great business books that have helped the author along her way. Gathering knowledge from her own experience and building on the shoulders of others in her industry the author gives succinct, manageable advice and steps for anyone from a startup business to the current successful entrepreneur.
