It Works!

Nothing else I have tried actually worked. My 19 yr. old grandson started me on it after he was put on it and it worked for him. Took me a while to try it. I am not a big eater and it was very easy for me to do, even the Warrior! The pounds came right off. I did ask my doctor before I started it.

Humorous but informative

Curious about starting IF, I picked up this book. The author has a quirky and often humorous way of delivering information, which certainly wasnt something I was opposed to. I'll keep this one around as I start my journey!
