She recommends gluing fabrics together before sewing instead of pinning for more accuracy. I’ve never tried the gluing fabric method. I use pinning but it seems worth trying. I’m glad I have this book in my library. I’ll reference this book often. I will also do all the exercises to make sure I have things aligned correctly before starting my next quilt project.
