This is an encyclopedia of Sashiko pattern. Sashiko is a Japanese running stitch. It includes materials and points and introduces traditional 85 patterns by beautiful illustrations. There are both full size and overall picture patterns. These will give you creative hints and inspiration. It is all in color, and 108 pages.
This is so cute the way it is explained only in pictures. As a refresher for those who have done Sashiko before. Atsuki-san from Sashiko Story Store and Upcycle Stitches as a good Domestika course as an intro, and conducts workshops for in depth instruction. Green Wrapper Channel on YT would be great to look up videos to see someone stitch and explain more how to do it. This book's sashiko examples are so inspiring for each pattern. Other channels might have a selection of patterns, but having 80 at once that are very traditional let's you pick which ones you need and like. I wish there was a way to save photos in my notes to make my own library of patterns I like.
