101 Ways to Lose Weight and Never Find It Again is for everyone who is sick of restricting, detoxing and eating tasteless and bland meals. It contains enjoyable and easy-to-follow advice that will help readers to get leaner, fitter, stronger and happier without the hunger and heartache. Adopting these habits could provide a complete solution for people who want to lose weight. Many popular weight-loss books simply offer a slightly different diet that demonises a certain food type (sugar, carbs, fat, wheat etc) and promote a form of clean eating which quickly becomes unsustainable for the average reader. Scott Baptie's no-nonsense guide debunks all the health myths and includes encouraging and manageable ways to make small changes to your lifestyle for long-term health and sustainable weight loss. You'll discover why juice detoxes are terrible, how to eat ice cream and still lose weight, why standing up could be the ultimate weight-loss exercise, and why diet drinks are your friends.

Read the book within couple of days of receiving it. I love the conversational way in which it has been written. Each tip is easy to get and you feel encouraged to put it in practice because it makes sense. I particularly liked how it addresses the 'do I or dont' questions like when to exercise, eat, shakes etc. Personally it gave me reassurance that I am already doing some good habits and highlighted others I would benefit from. The resources are really good I especially found the macro / nutrient / calorie calculator really helpful as it gives you a more tailored set of targets. So now I continue to track calories but focus more on the make up of carbs, fat and protein. There are a number of tips around the type of exercises you do which seemed more geared to gym workouts or clubs. That said still good tips that can be achieved with good dvd exercises at home. All in all a great book to help you achieve your goals no matter your starting point.
A really easy to read book with loads of practical advice. It will be the sort of book I will keep on my Kindle and dip into now and again when I evaluate where I am up to. It helps you to set goals but to look at setting achievable goals rather than setting yourself up for failure. The best weight loss book I've ever read.
This is a no nonsense easy to read book. Full of sensible suggestions that are doable. You definitely won't need another book after reading this. Thank you Scott Baptie
