Yeah, nothing said Merry Christmas quite like sticking your dick in some other chick right before coming home to your loving fiancée for the holidays.
When Daniella Trivolli decides to confront her cheating fiancé at a sex club, she discovers a couple of truths. Firstly, that Daniella’s soon to be ex omitted the minor detail that he’s actually bisexual and thankfully she's not as vanilla as she feared. Club owner Shane Nelson was quite happy to show her the way of the big O!

It's been a wee while...
For all the poor buggers who have to work over the holidays, this one is for you ... if you don't mind a little bit of kinky in your reads. 😉
I haven't read a kinky book in yonky donks. I can't decide if it's because I'm getting older and my hormone levels ain't what they used to be. Or, it could be the idea of being on display / bossed around / humiliated, spanked, and tied up, has completely lost its appeal. Bugger, that didn't come across right. I've never been 'IN' to those things, but I can admit to a certain degree of curiosity while reading about it. In Dirty Intentions, I got the chance to step back into the world of kinky... and I kind of liked it.
I think the selling point for this story is that it wasn't all about the kinky. The storyline was captivating as we observe Daniella and Shane develop feelings for each other. Daniella, an accountant, has been hired by Shane to ferret out the discrepancies in his numbers. By day, it's all about the numbers... mostly. By night, its playtime.
While I enjoyed this little step back into the kinky world, I have to admit that there were a few errors that ended up being distracting. I also found Shane's relationship phobia to be OTT. Daniella's handling of it was exactly how I wanted, though. She did not hesitate to tell him to bugger off ... ummm ... stick it where the sun don't shine ... ummm ... I mean, take a hike. (I didn't realise my insults were so kinky. 🙄) Sure, her feelings were hurt but at least she didn't grovel. Full marks for Daniella.
This is definitely kinky but it wasn't too kinky. Daniella is willing to experiment but not to the degree that she was taken advantage of, made to feel uncomfortable, or hurt. Shane, even from the beginning, did not want Daniella on display, so I'll give him marks for that. It was obvious that these two had sparks, and I liked the way their relationship progressed.
I enjoyed Dirty Intentions. If you like stories with a decent storyline and a bit of kink, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

What she is surprised about is how she finds out he is with another man and a woman. So she takes pictures until she is caught by one of the handsome club owners, Shane.
Now, if you think our girl Daniella is meek and is going to back down. Think again. She is a feisty one. She admits to everything and gives it back to Shane. Now enters her POS fiancé, Erik, and what a jerk. Shane is highly intrigued by Dani and brings out his protective side. He puts on a show with Dani to prove a point to Erik. And holy hell it was hot.
Dirty Intentions is just that, dirty. You know, that kind of dirty you can't wash off, yea that one. My favorite kind. It's a quick and easy read. Now, as much as I enjoyed the dirty bits of this book. I needed more, there is a plot. But their backstories glance over. I kind of wanted a little more detail.
Overall, it's a great book if you are looking for fast and dirty.

This was quick and dirty... Despite the length of the book, the plot was well established and kept me reading into the night.
Daniella wants to catch her fiancé in the act of cheating. So she clones his club membership and plays spy. Want she finds when she walked in the door was something her imagine didn't even fathom. Debauchery and every desire you could ever dream up is at your fingertips. She wasn't so sly though and catches the eye of Shane, one of club owners.
Shane doesn't do love or relationships, ever. He lives and breathes his club. When he needs to find a release he has ample opportunity and partners. One look at the fiesty woman in the skin tight dress and thigh boots is enough to know that he needs to have her. After getting her off in front of her fiancé one taste just isn't enough. There is so much he can do to her. Experiences for her to have... with him.
He hires her for a job at the club, but it's on a deadline. The time will end and then where will they be. Is a week long enough to get his fill of her? Will he break his own vow?

Okay, I'm gonna be real short here.
It wasn't as spicy as the second book but damn, did I love the heroine. She was absolutely amazing - smart, strong, direct - with no whining around and just going forward with everything she had.
There were so many times when she said something to the hero and I said to myself, damn if this was one of the books I've read before, she would have caved or crumbled or something but no, Daniella was magnificent!! Damn, how I love a strong heroine who knows her worth and not settling for less.

Quick Spicy Steamy Read 🔥🌶
Dani finding out her fiancé is not only a member to a sex club but finding out he's cheating on her in said sex club aswel as finding out he's bisexual and caught in a threesome how she held her emotions together was great ( I would of kicked his ass)
I loved Shane and Daniella together. With how she didn't take crap from him and pushed his buttons and how he showed her his softer side at times. Was a dick to her some of the time too.
They worked well together balancing each other out.
I really liked that Shane stopped "preforming" at the club out of respect for Dani and opened himself to a real relationship with her.
The sex between them was 🔥🔥🔥🌶🌶🌶
Would recommend for anyone looking for quick read with lots of hot and spicy sex (inside and outside the bedroom)

Aubrey Bondurant is one of those authors for me that is an automatic one-click purchase and I know I will enjoy the story. I missed this story when it was released in an anthology collection and was so happy when she released it as a separate novella. Holy Moly!! This book was HAWT!! Loved both Shane and Daniella. There was a bit of a mystery (as much as you can get in a novella) and plenty of steam. I knew going into the story it was a novella but darn it....I finished it WAY to fast.
Looking forward to what the wonderful Mrs. Bondurant has in story for us next!

I enjoyed this book a lot and let's just say it is so sexy so be prepared. I love the relationship these two people have, and especially all the heated scenes. I will be seeking more books by this author for sure. Great book.

This was the perfect read for a rainy Saturday afternoon. I just devoured it.
The book starts with Daniella wanting to catch her fiancé cheating and that just happens to be at a sex club. She gets caught taking photos by security and is taken to the owner (Shane) to explain herself. He calls for the fiancé to join them. When she confronts him he says some nasty things to her about being boring in bed. Shane then shows the now ex-fiancé it was him making her boring and gets her off in front of him.
Shane learns that she is a tax attorney and he’s in need of someone to help him so he employs her to help. They are both quickly drawn to each other and although Shane has never been in a monogamous relationship he agrees to be in one with her while she is working for him. From here things get pretty hot. At times Shane comes across as a total douche but he is definitely an alpha-male who’s possessive over her.
Daniella is a great heroine, she’s smart, feisty and a good strong character and I liked that she didn’t doubt herself, she was strong with her actions.
All in all, this is a great, short, sexy read.

Betrayed & cheated on , Daniella decides to confront her soon to ex fiance, she did not expect what she found.
Being the strong woman she is Daniella decides payback can be a b#@ch. She films her ex, but the club they are does not allow any filming of its members .
Shane doesn't feel the excitement of owning the club like he used to . He no longer gets the same thrill he used to when performing with the girls .
Then Daniella walks into his life, both of their lives are changed in a way neither of them saw coming .
This is yet another must read by the amazing Aubrey Bondurant

For a novella, & as a person that doesn’t enjoy novellas most of the time, this was actually quite good! It had a decent plot, was fast paced & quite short so I finished it in one night. I honestly thought this would be much spicier given that it’s set at a sex club, but I really didn’t think it was that smutty👀 & there was a good balance between plot x smut.
Daniella was spunky, sarcastic & confident. Shane is broody, a tad grumpy, & jealous but I just didn’t like the way he’d constantly pull away from Daniella but then when she started to move on hed drag her back ?? The tension was good at first but I wish it lasted longer & was a tad bit more intense. The pull between them was undeniable though, & they were hot together!

This book was a fun, low angst, steamy romantic comedy that made me chuckle and laugh out loud at times. It was so much better than I was expecting. The plot made sense, was interesting, and had a mystery element to it, and the characters were very likeable.
Daniella is smart and can really hold her own. She's good at her work, knows what she wants, and calls people out on their shit. It was refreshing to read about a character who was self-assured. Shane cares about Daniella's feelings and is deliberate with asking for consent. Consent was explicit and clear. The characters were mature, self-aware, and honest with one another.
Overall, they communicated well and apologized to one another if there was a misunderstanding. After things got a bit more complicated in their relationship, they still talked to one another straightforwardly, but Shane switched between hot and cold attitudes a bit. He was arrogant and an asshole when He wasn't a terrible person, unlike that of other romance books out there.
I found the writing to lack detail. I would be reading and randomly feel like I missed or skipped something, but then realize the author didn't describe something in enough detail or one of the characters made an assumption that didn't seem logical. Settings and places were not described well. It was a minor thing, but it did pull me out of the writing quite a few times.

In a world where he could go downstairs and have any woman he wanted, women with far more experience and who were far more sexy, why did he want me? I wasn’t the insecure type, but I was logical in asking the obvious question.
“I’m sorry if it came across that way. My intent was self-deprecation, not to insult you.”

Daniella suspected Eric of cheating, but she was not prepared for what she found when she cloned his membership card and snuck into the sex club. She needed evidence of his cheating in order to force him to return her money. She gets caught by security and taken to Shane, one of the owners. She tries to bargain with Shane while at the same time asking him to not fire the doorman. She feels guilty that his job is in the line when it was her fault. Then she learns Eric has lied to the owner as well as her. The next scene, you just have to read to believe. And bring a fan and a cool drink. This was all chapters 1-4. Then he cons her into helping with his tax problems. What follows is a hot/cold, wild ride.
There is a scene where he is supposed to be with other women while she's with another man, but he changed those plans without her consent. He says he can't change his plans not to have kids, but vasectomy surgery can be reversed. That's an odd thing that stuck out to me. Otherwise, I loved the book. I also loved that the author talked frankly about it being okay that some women don't want kids, and that should be acceptable. Can't wait for Max to fall.

Daniella suspected Eric of cheating, but she was not prepared for what she found when she cloned his membership card and snuck into the sex club. She needed evidence of his cheating in order to force him to return her money. She gets caught by security and taken to Shane, one of the owners. She tries to bargain with Shane while at the same time asking him to not fire the doorman. She feels guilty that his job is in the line when it was her fault. Then she learns Eric has lied to the owner as well as her. The next scene, you just have to read to believe. And bring a fan and a cool drink. This was all chapters 1-4. Then he cons her into helping with his tax problems. What follows is a hot/cold, wild ride.
There is a scene where he is supposed to be with other women while she's with another man, but he changed those plans without her consent. He says he can't change his plans not to have kids, but vasectomy surgery can be reversed. That's an odd thing that stuck out to me. Otherwise, I loved the book. I also loved that the author talked frankly about it being okay that some women don't want kids, and that should be acceptable. Can't wait for Max to fall.

I loved how Daniella wasn’t afraid to put anyone in their place, it didn’t matter if it was her cheating, thieving ex-fiancé or some alpha-hole that thought he could control her. I love a book that has a strong lead female. Daniella is everything that Shane needed, without even realizing it. A very steamy, well written book that was fleshed out with a couple of plot twists. Some parts I could anticipate, and others were unexpected. Both made for an interesting story.
Written in first person POV (my favorite), with just enough world building to put you right there in the thick of things, but not to overrun you with trivial details as a word count filler. This is an HEA, without a cliffhanger, but you can read the next book about Shane’s business partner in the next book in the series, which will no doubt be just as spicy and fun to read. This is the first book I’ve read from this author, and it certainly won’t be the last. I will be recommending this book to my friends who love to read this genre.

Great read
First time I have read this author, gotta say, this was a pretty damn good book!! Shane was a little bit of an a**hole , but once you get to know him, you really do start to like him. He'll be the first to say" I can be an a**hole". Danielle meets him under a pretty odd situation, cheating boyfriend,sex club....
Shane and Danielle are very attracted to one another, the chemistry is off the chain. But through in trust issues, commitment issues you may have a little complications. I could tell you it all works out in the end, but were is the fun in that, who knows maybe it doesn't. You'll have to read it to find out! Definitely a great read, with lots of spicy!

Fun, dirty, quick read
I enjoyed this book. The story set up shocked me a bit but I liked how although the premise may seem familiar now, the way the author navigated it still surprised me. The spice was good, at least a 2.5-3. I loved the FMC’s feistiness and the fact that the author never made her lose her fire. It was refreshing to have an FMC who stood up for herself the whole time, wasn’t insecure, and didn’t need a guy saying he loved her to define her. I also loved that the MMC was the one battling insecurities, especially considering who he was and his job, showing that everyone has self doubt. I enjoyed the ride the love interests went on to get to the ending. Great job and can’t wait to read book 2!

This is a story about a girl who catches her fiance cheating on her with another woman....AND A MAN in a SEX CLUB! So what is a girl to do when life hands her a lemon??? Well since she is in a sex club she make a lemon drop!!! Shane is more than happy to be the vodka!!! This book had all the wonderfully kinky things in it... even if they don't do them personally... there is definately talk of most! And for those who want a story with NO BABIES..... here ya go! No even in the epilogue! And for being so short, there was even a bit of angst in the mix! Definitley a book I would recommend to my friends.

She's caught by the owner of the club who within less than 15 minutes has his fingers in her... and that's where I realized that this was going off the rails fast. I love this author and she's created a character who is clearly smart (thank you) but I didn't love her all that much. She's smart and strong and has annoying parents who are just awful. These folks are out of my wheelhouse.

Oh Aubrey, you dirty, dirty lady lol. I realized that I'd read all of Aubrey's books except this one (and I have no idea how I missed it) but darned glad I finally did. This is probably one of the steamiest stories she's written and I absolutely loved the banter between Daniella and Shane. Daniella is a tough, strong, super smart, independent woman but she also feels like she's missing something. Wait until she finds out what she's been missing. Shane is arrogant, super sexy and adamant that there be NO feelings...NONE! Both are in for a surprise. I read this in a day and couldn't put it down.

I liked this one- I was surprised! The writing is solid and the heroine had humor and a strong character. The hero had issues but it was all worked through. The only bit that didn't work was how this strong, smart, funny, beautiful, tax attorney and hacker woman took 2 years to realize her fiancé was cheating on her?
2 years is a long time, sounded like he was cheating the whole time at this club. For a smart cookie, that was the only weak point. Otherwise, I liked how she dished it right back to Shane and stood her ground. It was a fast paced story that kept me interested- and some spicy sexy times.

Honestly I was excited to read this I thought it’d be a good quick read and I couldn’t make it past 17% because within that small bit there were so many comments about the cheating ex fiancé being bi. Not focused on the cheating but threatening to expose him FOR being bi and crude comments specifically about it. Like yeah he’s a cheating pos but say that don’t make it about being gay.
Really gross stand to take in the book and I definitely don’t recommend. Also for everyone giving such high stars maybe think about what you’re hyping up.

This book was excellent. I only deducted a star because I tend to like longer books and know there’s a ton of potential to add more to this story. Daniella is probably in my top ten of all time. She was smart and witty without falling into the “I’m not like every other girl” category. She was genuine and really got in touch with who she was and what she wanted throughout the book. She realized she had settled with a cheating fiancé who she didn’t love and took the steps to put herself first. Shane was a mess of a man who struggled with the shame his mother felt about him running a sex club. He pulled it together though and those two together were HOT HOT HOT

I loved this deliciously naughty novella. Daniella and Shane's story may be short but it offers up a very satisfying blend of kink, emotion, humor, mystery and huge amounts of sizzling steam. I thought Daniella was a awesome heroine. Sassy, spunky and full of snark, I simply adored her! Shane was intense and hot. Sometimes he came across like a real jerk but he also had moment when he was quite swoony! I felt these two were perfect for each other. Of my own accord I am posting a sincere review.
