Read the F*** out of this book.

Read it, buy copies for all your friends, then read it again.

I have not related to a book so much in my life. I could not put it down.

Would give 10 billion starts for the scale went higher than 5.

Read this in just about one sitting. It was short, sweet, and extremely relatable. A valiant effort for a first book. I look forward to reading more from this author in the future to see how her books evolve.

Dear Sarah Hunt, can we be best friends now?

I came to this book by way of podcasts Small Town Murder, Crime in Sports, and P.S. I Hate This Movie. Being a huge fan of everything James and Jimmie do with their podcasts, I couldn’t help but fall in love with Sarah, James’ wife.
I’m SO GLAD I got to read Sarah’s book and learn more about her. When I saw the guys live on tour, the first thing I asked James when it was finally my turn in the meet and greet line was, is Sarah here? Sorry James!
Anyhow, Sarah’s book is lovely. It’s funny and smart and I really think we’d get along great. Even though we’re so much alike that we’d both be constantly trying to cancel any plans we made.
My only problem with this book is that I want more! I would love to read another 10 books of essays just like this one.
Thank you so much to Sarah for sending me a copy of your book!

Funny and completely relatable!

I loved every page of this book. It was so relatable that I really want to be best friends with Sarah (and I wouldn't even invite her to stuff so she has to get out of it!).

I really hope she writes more in the future, I'll buy them all!!!

Very funny, witty and themed around one of my personal favorite topics - food. Good advice for life too.

This book was hilarious and it made me so hungry. I think Sarah needs to put a warning label on her book that says “causes extreme hunger” because I constantly craved the foods she was describing.

I found Sarah through her podcast, "P.S. I Hate This Movie”. I enjoy her voice and her humor, so I was eager to read her new book. She mentions a quote from her dad,

“A day without cheese is a day without sunshine”

and then she follows with,

“Unless you have dietary restrictions… then please, do not.”

Dang it Sarah. I really wanted to blame YOU for my sneaky cheese addiction while having a lactose intolerance.

Sarah sent me this to review, and it was super relatable and spoke to my soul. Short but sweet.

Good quick read

I really glad I read this. Cute(oh she’s gonna love that),quirky funny and close to home.
I hate people too. Mostly family but I like to consider myself open minded enough to hate all people, all the time.
Especially at Xmas.
Good job by author and I will read her next epic tome.

Fun Read

I disagree about ketchup, agree about bread and mayo/Miracle Whip, and about died with the tampon story. Unfortunately, tampons are the only inedible thing that I summarized with... apologies.

This book was not what I expected at all. It was very short, with large font and larger spaces. The author did write some interesting life stories, but the overall book felt abbreviated and pointless. There was no meat and no flow.

Quick read. I read it in one evening. Probably the best evening I've spent during the entirety of this quarantine (and I've had some great evenings in quarantine). I was losing my shit laughing so many times during this.

I wanted to like this so much more than I did. Huge fan of STM and sometimes listen to PS.... so was really psyched about this book. I don’t mind the large font or 2 sentence musings - I have a short attention span sometimes! It was just ok, sorry Sarah!
