《北平味儿》是北平研究学者季剑青编选的一本关于老北京饮食的书。作者将时间限定在民国北京的饮食上,写家为唐鲁孙、老舍、邓云乡、梁实秋、汪曾祺、黄裳等名家,具有文化性。
全书大致分为“吃在北平”、“时令生鲜”、“名馔佳肴”、“风味小吃”、“食肆趣闻”五辑,共选文68篇,内容大体上分为两块,一是写于民国时期(主要是二十年代后期至四十年代)的文字,以记述北平饮食文化为主,其中有一部分(大概十几篇)是编者从旧报刊上直接爬梳出来的,此前未收入任何集中;另一部分是1949年以后一些名家(梁实秋、唐鲁孙、邓云乡、汪曾祺等)的作品,选择的标准是突出回忆的主题,追忆民国时期北平的饮食及相关话题。文字生动,富有情趣。
小思是新香港文艺研究的拓荒人,她的写作达到了“一粒沙里见世界,半瓣花上说人情”境界,她的一沙境界丰富,她的一花情思深刻。《翠拂行人首》是小思散文精选集,收录美文125篇。小思以充满哲思的笔触追念唐君毅先生,诠释丰子恺的漫画世界,睹物思旧的小品精致,写父母的文字俏皮……小思的散文,不拘一格,不执一体;《翠拂行人首(精)》精粹典雅的诗一样的语言,带给读者的是一种气静神凝的闲逸情怀。本书曾入选第7届香港书奖。
