No nonsense approach

This book is short but succinct. The author does an exceptional job of explaining the four levels of consciousness along with what enlightenmant is and isnt and, of course, so much more.

There is no filler in this book. The book is a mixture of easy to grasp concepts sprinkled with complex perspective which require more research, study and meditation. I'm so very grateful that there are 4 more books to dive into because I didnt want this book to end.
