A Taoist hidden gem. A simple and straightforward guide to putting meditation into practice, along with other practices such as acupressure massage, stretching, and some yoga techniques. It’s such a helpful book that will unfortunately be lost with time and overlooked by many. However, many contemporary personal growth materials draw from Taoist practices such as Taoist meditation, and is gaining traction in newer pieces. Bringing this book to light again would be a tremendous help for many.
