The Taoist Meditation Guide introduces a unique method of meditation that facilitates letting go and sitting quietly without thinking. This method also works on conserving and replenishing the energy of the body, "chi." The book has been designed in a close cooperation between the author and his students and it incorporates many of their suggestions. The result is a "user friendly" book that is not only instructive but also fun to read.
