I'm going to preface this by saying I splurged a whole $0.99 for this book figuring, if I only made one recipe out of it, I'd get my money's worth out of it. That said, there are a ton of cookie recipes in here sure to satisfy any chocolate lover. The authors hit all the major plot points of cookies - rolled, dropped, shaped, filled - and the recipes themselves range from pretty standard to a little complex. It's a well done cookbook and I plan on adding a few of these to my Christmas baskets this year.

What I liked the most about this book is actually the explanation of the ingredients and the advices in how to make your batches better.

The Ultimate Chocolate Cookie Book is filled with lots of great cookie ideas. I loved the Whoopie pie recipe and I think I'll give it a try. There were lots of meringue and pumpkin recipes and I love a book with variety.

OMG!

Fab-u-lous ! Freaking Fabulous! Not only was it great but I intend to buy all of their books...potato, muffin, shrimp...
If those books are as good as this cookie book, I will be the queen bee on my block for parties.

Loved the recipes in here so much, I actually have this on my "to buy" list instead of just borrowing it from the library over and over!
