The tag line for this book is "no fuss fondue recipes for fun entertaining". There are definitely more unique recipes that I would only want to try if I was entertaining. So many were a bit more "fussy" than I want--red duck fondue or brie and lobster fondue anyone? And I was disappointed the dessert section was only a couple of pages. Half of fondu is dessert.
