Jaclyn is an Idaho farm girl who grew up loving to read. She developed a love for writing as a senior in high school, when her dad jokingly said she was the next Dr. Seuss (not even close, but very sweet). She met her husband, Steve, at BYU, and they have six happy, crazy children who encourage her to keep writing. After owning a bookstore and running away to have adventures in Australia, they settled back down in their home in Utah. Jaclyn now spends her days herding her kids to various activities and trying to remember what she was supposed to do next. She has published six books in a year, and her mind is still reeling from the awesomeness. Her books include Ring of Truth; A Christmas Worth Billions; The Princess and the Prom Queen; Magicians of the Deep; the Luck series--Stolen Luck, Twist of Luck, Best of Luck, More Than Just Luck, No Such Luck, and Just My Luck, a novella; and Endless.

Silver Script Series:
Silver Script Set Books 1 – 7: Interesting. Heartwarming. Fun to read. Perfect with a cuppa. All the stories involve employees of the Silver Script, an advertising agency, with a gamut of friends and clients. The TOC needs editing: book titles are missing, but the links work correctly.

Ring of Truth #1 – I love this book! Ms. Hardy always writes a heartwarming story that keeps the reader captivated. There’s a romance in the works, suspense and plenty of humor. An innocent romance without the Hollywood life garbage that’s forced on us daily. The characters are lovable, with plenty of personality. The well thought out story line is interesting and there’s no stupidity formula common in books of this genre. Perfect for a relaxing time with a cuppa. 5*

A Christmas Worth Billions #2 - Heartwarming. A wonderful story about extremes appearance wise but with the same heart and values on the inside. Not all the characters were great, but I enjoyed this little jewel. 5*

Fashioned for Love #3 - Starts with New Year's Eve and it's Debra's turn to find romance. Sad with some of the events, but heartwarming just the same. One of my favorites in this series, but I didn't care that the feminism is too strong. It's a business dinner, not a date and she's mad because he pays, business, duh. This is after he held the door and her chair for her. Then women wonder why men have no respect for them anymore; but "modern" women don't have respect for themselves, anyway. It was hard to put down, but luckily, the story was fast paced. 5*

Change in Harmony #4 - I had a problem with this story. There was too much drama from the main female character and the story became, for me, difficult to get through. But the story ended well for all involved. Worth reading. 4*

Another Chance for Love #5 - Another fun to read, heartwarming story. The story just flowed through the pages and the characters were likable, lovable and interesting. 5*

Love in Return #6 - What a dear story. Heartwarming and fun to read, this story just flew by. The characters were sweet, funny and very lovable. Another one of my favorites in this series. 5*

Waves of Hope #7 - Interesting quick but long distance romance. There's anxiety that has the main female character easily broken down, but the main character, once he understands, is very supportive and loving. Heartwarming story. 5*

A Story With An Irish Twist

Multi-talented Allison was playing her guitar in the sub-way when she met Nate who was there to catch a train. There was an immediate connection but they both pulled away. He was a womanizer who misjudged her as a loser.
She had just left her parent's troubled marriage and moved in with a friend, Sam, to follow her own choice of career focussing on singing and dancing. He was in marketing. His one big opportunity was in trouble and he did not know how to fix it but Allison did.
Her dance partner was a creep forcing himself on her, which left her out of the competition. A misunderstanding caused a painful break up between them. Sam intervened.
Nate was coached to be Allison's dance partner by her friend ,Sam, but he was never a dancer before that.
Alluson stood to win enough to open her own studio if she won the couple's competition. Could they both overcome their baggage and doubts about each other plus their insecurities to make it work? A few hours quick read. Light and enjoyable. I did not notice any editing flaws. This is quite an inspirational story inspiring people to draw on their own inner courage, God-given talent and the determination to follow one's calling no matter how much opposition one might face.

This wasn't my favorite of the Silver Script series, it was cute but I didn't care for Nate in the first book, which in turn led me to have a prejudice against him. He turned out to be an ok guy.

Moral Note: Some talk of drinking, clean language, clean romance.

Honestly not a huge fan of Nate in the beginning because he comes across as cocky and arrogant but you can see the change in him as he gets to know Allison. I like that this is a opposites attract kind of story but I wish the epilogue was a little longer.

Cute story

This was a fun story and while I was frustrated with the male lead at times, I really learned to like him in the end. This was a sweet, clean romance.

Change in Harmony is not your typical read of the same old plot that you have read a gazillion times before. It is different and unique and made for a refreshing read. I loved how the author entwined things that both of the main characters either liked or their occupation throughout the whole book. When you think you know what is about to happen, something unexpected happens that makes the book unique.

Allison and Nick have issues that some people experience in real life yet the story twists them around in a unique and different way that doesn’t make you feel that you have read it before in another book. You can feel the depth of emotions that Allison and Nick have for each other. Sometimes you want to laugh out loud and others you will want to smack some characters for being annoying.

This was the first time I had read a book by this author. I found the book enjoyable from beginning to end. It captured my attention within the first chapter until very end. I couldn’t put the book down until I finished.

If you are looking for an enjoyable read that is a unique plot, then look no further. Grab this book and come to love the two characters as much as I did.

*Thank you to the author for providing me with an eARC in exchange for an honest review*

Another sweet, cozy romance with an ending to leave a smile on your face. I enjoyed the interaction between Nate and Allison. There were quite a few twists and misunderstandings, but the couple worked through all hardships for a very nice HEA.

Great read for the beach or just a "me" afternoon.

Allison and Nate meet and do not have a high opinion of each other. Until they meet again. They are intrigued by the other.

The story was well written. I love the way the author intertwined the main characters professions throughout the story. I also like that both were stubborn and jumped to conclusions... and that she knows how to throw a punch.

Nate is a superficial serial dater who's a little lost and confused when he's forced to dip into the deeper side of the pond of life. Happily, around the same time, he meets an intriguing woman who helps him navigate and orient himself.

It's a really sweet, kind of funny story and I enjoyed it. I was frustrated by Allison's decision to pick Katie's unwelcome kissing of Nate to have issues with Nate's past womanizing and refuse to forgive him. She acknowledged that she was being unreasonable but carried on anyway. It sounded like it wasn't as much that Katie had kissed Nate as it was that he had dated so many women, & I wish she had handled it differently.

The story could have followed the same trajectory if Allison had talked to Nate and explained that she couldn't help feeling suspicious because of his past & wasn't sure if she could trust him with her heart - then Nate would be motivated to do something big to show his love, etc

The ending is still very happy, though again rather abrupt as this author seems inclined to do.

Clean romance level: sweet kisses
