I avoided woman like Kiley for a reason. She was vulnerable and trusting. Her innocence was mouthwatering to me, but I avoided traits like that because I wasn't out to hurt anyone. Trusting me would be a mistake. One I wouldn't allow her to make. Kiley Tasker lives a simple and predictable life, especially for a woman in her late twenties. She has also managed to maintain control in all aspects of her life. So, when she is hired to work for a well known womanizer, Triston Benson, she isn't thrilled when she has to accept. Suddenly she isn't as in control as she thought she was.Triston Benson has been prepped to take over his family's business since he was fifteen. So, when Triston’s father forces him to hire someone to help clean up his playboy reputation, he has no choice but to accept. When the two are forced to play nice and live under the same roof for thirty days, tensions build. Kiley finds herself drawn to the man she had planned to hate, while Triston battles to deny his intense need to claim her for himself.Unable to ignore their needs, Triston start breaking the rules for the sake of pleasure.

I spent most of this book wondering why Kiley wanted anything to do with Triston. I love a bad boy as much as the next person, but not one who is so callus nor one who exhibits such reprehensible behavior. Am I supposed to think it's alright for him to be a pig just because he is up front about it? If he was up front in a totally different way, then maybe. And what's wrong with these women, including our heroine that they accept this type of behavior?
Then the long as crap paragraphs that felt like everything was just callously jumbled together, made it even harder to read.
That being said it wasn't all bad, there were some hidden gems here that I think could have shined brighter with more editing.

I loved Triston & Kiley's story. Although this story started off slow in the beginning it was interesting. I did not expect what happened near the ending so now I need to get book 2. This is my first time reading anything by this author and I will be looking for more.

I cannot even rate this book....
To be honest, I read what it was to be about and thought this would be a great read. Then I started the book only to put it down and not want to pick it up again. It completely lost my attention. It’s a DNF for me.

Kylie is a fixer and Triston's reputation needs fixing. Her company puts her in charge of taking care of the Bad Boy's visual presence so that he can finally take over as CEO of his father's company.
Triston sees himself as a potential carbon copy of his abusive father so, he refuses to let anyone get close. He believes that having Kylie in his house for a month will be a safe bet because she is not his type. Kylie believes she dislikes him enough that she will be safe from his philandering ways.
Many factors intervene on the pair as the days and weeks progress that draw them closer to one another and this begins one of the hottest affairs either has ever had. The forces against them are as strong as the pull between them and only time will tell if this relationship can survive them. Tragedy, enlightening information, and a painful confrontation will guide the course for this couple.
Robin Falcon is new to me and this is the first book I have read by her. I enjoyed this story and look forward to continuing this journey with Triston and Kylie in the next book, Consequences.

I am in love with Triston and Kiley
I loved this story and didn't want it to end. Wow, the characters get under your skin and into your heart right from the beginning. Triston is a playboy groomed by his father to take over the family business. He has rules in place so his hookups don't get hurt, no attachments, no seconds, no emotions and you leave as soon as it's over. Until he meets Kiley.
Kiley works for a company that is going to help him turn his reputation positive. She doesn't like him at first but is drawn to him. Some mystery involves her sister and Triston but it's all good and explained beautifully. The letter at the end was heartbreakingly beautiful.
We do get a HFN (happy for now) ending but I'm really looking forward to the sequel. Read the book, enjoy the emotions and fall in love with Triston and Kiley.
I do recommend this book if you like dark stories with BDSM.

I almost stopped reading this book twice. You can see it took me a long time (per my standards) to finish this. Book. I Actually started the review before finishing so I wouldn’t forget some of the things that frustrated me.
Liked:
- Kindle was a career woman who was moving up
- They was very intimate throughout the book
Didn’t like:
- Tristan’s relationship with Kindle. It was ridiculous how he called her his best friend. How so? When?
-When did Kylie become so BDSM trained? When the dad showed, she acted as though she’d been in training for months.
-Submissive Kylie - The BDSM parts of their sexual relationship was just weird and seemed forced
-Kindles fate - why in the world did they do this. It was also predictable in the language they all used.
I won’t be reading Book 2.

The story was good but the book was very difficult for me to read. I found myself having to go back over and over to figure out what was going on. The paragraphs were so long, I got lost in them. The conversations were splattered in very long paragraphs so I would catch myself trying to just find the actual conversation and skipping other sentences which was why I ended up having to go back over and over. Most of the book was one of the characters thinking to themselves so again I found myself skipping things. I think a good editing job would make the book so much better and much easier to read. Again, the story was good it was just difficult for me to finish the book but I did.

Few things turn out to be more than you expect. When I saw your comment while looking for a book that landed on my fb page I decided to download this book. What a find. Loved the story. Not only did it entertain, it also taught. A wonderful read. Will be looking for some more of your work. Smiles tears and joy. All found in this book. If you want a few enjoyable hours this book gives you that and more.

Intriguing
This was my first book by this author and I must say the story build and Characters build up was perfect. I just love how Kiley gives Triston exactly what he needs and that’s an outlet to where he can feel in control something he truly needs . These two characters are the most intriguing I have read in such a long time. Robin Falcon knows how to build up her characters so her readers can fully get where they are coming from .

Could not put this book down!
I loved the characters in this book and the chance to read from both of their view points. It's both naughty and endearing. It stole my interest from the very beginning...and I was torn between not wanting the story to end but I couldn't put it down. I can't wait to see what happens next!

This book will seriously melt your panties off!! I blows my mind that this is the first book by this author!! I totally didn't get a newbie feel from this book. It was deliciously naughty, angsty and emotional which made for a story that I could put down. I'm very much looking forward to the next book!!

Couldn't put it down!
This book is spectacular. If you liked 50 shades, this is a MUST READ. The lead lady is very relatable. No cliffhanger 😍, but you'll really want that sequel! A love story with plenty of lust, communication, and a little heartbreak too 😉 I can't wait to see what the "Consequences" of "Breaking the Rules" are!!

Oh my god this book was amazing! Definitely at the top of my favorite. So many turns you don’t see coming. So many parts that just make your jaw drop. I had all the feels with this book. I can’t wait for part two. Robin definitely had me on the edge of my seat more then once, I couldn’t even put it down. So amazing.

Totally not what I expected! ⭐⭐⭐
Loves the turn in the book, it sets you up for one thing a d gives a very sexy surprise in the middle. Loved it, despite the little bits of typos! It was awesome as it kept you wanting to read on, can't wait to read more.

The story of Tristan and Kiley is so full of intense emotions and moments that lead to an interesting end. Tristan and Kiley find in each other who they really are the supporting characters are well crafted. Totally enjoyed this terrific book.

I FLEW through this book, but never wanted it to end! I loved me some Tristan! That man was HOTTT! Definitely a must read for anyone who loves a fast paced romance with a little bit of angst and a little bit of kink 😘
