Over the past 20 years, Nathan G. Castle, OP, has helped at least 250 “stuck souls” who died suddenly and traumatically adjust to the afterlife. Victims of fires, automobile accidents, shootings, stabbings and drownings come to him in his dreams seeking help to resolve their Interrupted Death Experiences.™ Father Nathan believes that providing such help is something the Holy Spirit has given him and his prayer partners to do. Although he is quick to point out that not everyone who dies suddenly gets stuck, in Afterlife, Interrupted Father Nathan addresses such questions •Is death survivable? •What does he do to help people cross over?•Does time exist in the afterlife?•Do deceased relatives help us adjust to moving through our deaths?
Reading Father Nathan's book was a life-changing experience for me. As a person who has enough projects going for two lifetimes, I worried, even fretted over dying before I was ready. Not anymore. This nugget from his writing says it all. "All human beings who die survive their deaths. You're eternal. You always have been since you came into existence. You will always be." It's not easy to remove a giant fear from one's mind. Through the fantastic work of Father Nathan, his spirit warriors and prayer partners--his guidance to those stuck in-between earthly life and the afterlife--I found his accounts gloriously uplifting. Father Nathan Castle does God's work. There is no other way to explain it. I was moved to tears several times and especially loved Rani's story. I highly recommend Afterlife Interrupted to all. After reading, you, too will be changed by this incredible Catholic priest and author. We are fortunate to have him among us as he comforts and helps others to cross over.
After experiencing a sudden & traumatic death in my own family, I found Fr Nathan Castle’s book gave me great solace. I bought two sets of his books to share with my own adult children to help facilitate a hopeful and healing conversation around the trauma. It’s difficult to convey how helpful Fr Nathan’s book has been so I hope this review encourages anyone dealing with a difficult death picks up his books.
