The Sheriff and the Nanny
Cynthia Kent is a burden. She's tried to help her sister and brother-in-law, but most of her efforts have ended up in disasters of varying degrees. Cynthia Kent has moved in with her sister and brother in law since her father has passed away. But the more she helps the more things go wrong and she knows she needs to get out on her own.
Tyler is the sheriff of the town and has two small children that need to be taken care of. His wife has passed two years ago. Cynthia goes to meet him and gets the job as his nanny.
Cynthia has a rough time at first with Cissie as all the child wants is more time with her father. Bobby is a sweet boy who takes to Cynthia right away. When both kids start to love Cynthia, Trixie jumps into the picture wanting to have Tyler court her. But what about Cynthia and her feelings? The we have a bad man coming to town that Tyler needs to help with.
A quick and lovely read about two people who need a second chance. The characters were done well and you wanted to find out what happens. There are some funny issues with a frog and drink on a dress. A fun read.

Loved It
I am a big fan of historical romance. This book was awesome. Cynthia moved out west to live with her sister and brother in law after their father passed. She love her sister but she want a home of her own. Tyler the sheriff is trying to take care of his children after his wife passed and watch over the town. He needs help. He needs a nanny. This book has a father and two children that are grieving, a young woman who he trying to fine her way, and a bank robber that is headed to this small town. If you love this genre you will enjoy this.

This is a sweet historical romance with wonderful characters. Cynthia Kent feels like a burden to her sister and brother in law. She day dreams of a life on her own, in her own home. In order to make that happen she takes a Nanny job for the local town sheriff Tyler Shelton. The sheriff is a widowed father of two who has a great deal of responsibilities to his family and the town. He needs help and takes on Cynthia. Both quickly realize it will be an adjustment for everyone involved.

Quite a Switch
Cynthia went from being a hindrance in her sister's home to running a home efficiently and working with two children once she accepted the job of a nanny. The author did a good job of portraying the characters, especially the children, as Cynthia realized what the children suffered from and worked to resolve it. A sweet ending.

Great series...............
The author, Ms Anne Boone, has done a nice job of introducing us to a very private young woman who is able to finally able to get sway from her sister's house. The woman has a job as a nanny! Sen has never really been good with children, well it should get her a chance to save money to her own place, can she just manage to keep this lob!

Very enjoyable to listen to and a very enthralling story too, before I knew it, the story was finished and I was left going, oh I wanted more.
The narrator had a very nice way of delivery that kept me entertained and waiting.

Acsweet pioneer romance with engaging characters and a heartwarming plot. I adored the young children in this one, so glad I found this book. The narrator is very good as well. Happy reading/listening!
