For a technical book, this is very straight-forward and clear. There is a good balance between text narrative and screenshots, and the explanations are thorough yet concise. In particular, the first chapter is an excellent overview to the Oracle Data Integrator product and gives a great introduction to its topology as well as the general workflow involved in using this product for development.
