Y por fin, la terminé.

A pesar que es una novela de juegos de horror y supervivencia, un género que me fascina, no puedo recomendar esta novela pues tiene altas 🚩🚩.

Usualmente, soy una persona que las 🚩🚩 se las pasa por ya saben donde, pero en esta novela no puedo ignorarlas. Más aún porque me parecen innecesarias e incoherentes xD... Empezando con el beso del principio 🙃.

Otra cosa que me pasó, fue que leí opiniones en NovelUpdates (#NoDebiDeHAcerEso) y se me bajó mucho el hype por las malas reseñas, especialmente por un tema específico que incluye niños 🤣.

Haber, no hay nada grave... desde mi punto de vista... pero ya saben, cada uno piensa diferente.

Lo que sí, es que no le encuentro mucho sentido xD o sea, la autora quiere mostrar algo... pero a la vez es muy extraño, tanto que da repelus.

Así que no puedo recomendar esta novela, además que no es la mejor en este género y no entiendo por qué la recomiendan tanto.

Eso sí, es genial que haya como saltos en el tiempo (la explicación para los niños 🤣) pero siento que igual deja muchas cosas sueltas y sin explicación.

es un 4.5 mi calificación, esta novela tiene absolutamente todo lo que me gusta: unlimited flow, misterio, viajes en el tiempo, ANGST y sobre todo… amnesia.
fue una aventura leerla y la disfruté mucho todo lo que pasaba me mantenía enganchada y las relaciones entre los personajes me rompían el corazón 3 LUO JIAN Y FENG YULAN TIENEN UNA AMISTAD TAN LINDA igual que specter y luo jian
PEROOOO aún así no es una novela perfecta debido a que la autora muchas veces se olvida cosas que ha escrito desde los primeros capítulos y es como: ??? no pretendas que nosotros también nos olvidemos de esas cosas, queremos respuestas
aparte de que el final de sintió muy apresurado… y ni me hagan hablar de los extras… los extras fueron la peor parte… literalmente me quitaron todo lo que amaba… Y TODO POR PROMOCIONAR SU PRÓXIMA NOVELA /sighs/
aun así fue una lectura que disfruté mucho y me encanta <3

DNF - at chapter 37 as I began losing interest due to a rather far fetched and very dysfunctional set of characters in a rather lacklustre setting.

So I think my biggest mistake when starting this novel, is I did so just after reading The Earth is Online. A huge precedent to overcome if you really think about it and you can’t help but subconsciously compare which does this novel no good.

I think this book has great potential to be good however I really don’t like the main character. He seems so disjointed and shifts between weak and strong in an extremely unnatural way. The novel reads like a bunch of ideas randomly strung in a nonsensical way and everything always feels half explained, incomplete or rushed. I don’t feel anticipation but rather illogical sequences and where I wish there was more time given or more background, I just feel like I get whiplash.

The book has so many chapters yet the author doesn’t really build up to anything and even the setting between the CPs are weird and really difficult to imagine. It just makes for awkward reading.

I was also really put off when reading a review that mentioned physical abuse between CPs and pedophilia which directly caused my immediate disinterest in continuing this book.

I may consider reading this again when I’m in the mood for a more B-grade, bad plot, horror movie type genre but due to the abuse and pedophilia it’s highly unlikely.

This book was really something unexpected for the whole way. But I like it quite much.

First of all, this story is not what it looks at the begging. And it will u fold with such mysteries and answers that it will be shocking. Don’t want to make too much spoilers because it is better to read as it is.

Also, be ready it may blow your mind at some points. This time and space travel is a bit complicated and I still fill there is some holes, but it’s not a big minus.

The main character undertake so many challenges and changes though the story that my heart was crying and smiling so many times I can’t describe. It’s a bit of emotional rollercoasters here.

I was not that happy with the ending at first, but extras made up for that. I think it’s better to say that extra is the main ending and afterword, so 100% need to read.

I like this story and thankful for all who maid it possible. The story is definitely good and worthy.

Dropped in chapter 71

Not what I expected to find in the story. None of the characters catch my eye, all the couples are terrible, and the plot isn't interesting enough.

I almost DNF'd this so many times. The relationships are... not good. So not good. The author, at least, does seem to have some awareness that her gongs are trash but also... the relationships still happen. It's saving grace was that it had so many interesting plot hooks. Every time I'd think "nope, no more, I'm out" something really intriguing would happen and I'd get sucked back in. I don't really recommend it back I can't say I regret reading it either.

I suppose the book is mostly mystery with bouts of gore and mixed with fluff/ smut.

The book premise reminds me of Kaleidoscope of Death (which imo, was a masterpiece btw). If I had to compare the two, KoD wins hands down in terms of mystery, thriller and horror/ gore. If you would prefer a bit more fluff and smut, this book would be preferable.

The storyline and plot was pretty good and interesting but I guess... the ending which MUST INCLUDE THE EXTRAS was quite ordinary. It does indicate a happy ending which fills their missing itch (?) And I don't meant that it in a sexual way.

— The start was pretty nice but the ending was, in my opinion, VERY unsatisfactory.

— The MC is weak at the start but probably becomes the strongest, but of course that doesn't come without a heavy price.

— The ML, should I say he fell in love at first bite?Well, actually that's not true, yes I just contradicted myself, you will know the reason for that during the end of the novel.

— The communication between the two at the start was awful, but obviously they get past that hurdle.

— A nice side ship, Feng Yu Lan x Duan Li, if you think that the communication between MC and ML are bad then... Well you won't like this one. It's so god damn frustrating reading about these two UGH!!! They're that couple that keep breaking up, but regardless of how many times that happens, they will always get back together in the end.

— And finally the side, side ship, Hong x Luo Feng. These two are hilarious, with each other or by themselves.

This is a psychological horror BL with a Saw-like premise with some fantasy and mystery involved, it gave me a bit of Killing Stalking flashbacks tbh. I'm super pumped to read more~
