I thought Cayden and I could finally be together. But magic is as real as werewolves and it has other plans.I should have known something was wrong when my pack rescued a human from the Savage Wolves. It was a setup. A lure to get us to meet a dark warlock, who curses Cayden. As the alpha, it's his instinct to protect me, his mate, and the rest of the pack. But now he can't on penalty of death. And now the only way I can lift his curse is to cross into Savage territory and seek it myself. They're waiting for me and so are the dark warlocks. The Savages hold connections to a powerful being and perhaps the answer to who I am. Now I'm not sure who to trust or what I will become. But to save Cayden, I must uncover a dark truth and face the darkest of magic.
Holly Hook is the author of the Destroyers Series, which consists of five young adult books about teens who are walking disasters...literally. She is also the author of the Rita Morse series, a young adult fantasy series still in progress, and After These Messages, a short ya comedy. Currently she is writing Twisted, a spin-off of the Destroyers Series due out in December. When not writing, she enjoys reading books for teens, especially ya fantasy and paranormal series with a unique twist.
I just went on a binge-reading frenzy, devouring books 2 (Pack Bound ), 3 (Magic Bound) and 4 (Alpha Bound) of Holly Hook’s wonderful The Alpha Legacy series. These totally addictive (I think my need to binge attests to that) beauties were definitely worth it. It’s all the fault of Wolf Bound where I was first introduced to Brie, the series heroine, and her guy, pack alpha Cayden. I just couldn’t start there. Now by book 2 Brie is fully in the pack and her bond with Cayden is strong - just the lure needed by those who are not friends. Over the next three volumes comes a thrilling adventure with Savage Wolves, warlocks and more twists and turns that cursed and Brie might be destined. The Savage King may seem to hold the cards. But don’t, do not, loose faith. Betting against Brie is a losing proposition. No more running. This is their territory and their world - they will to fight. They will keep the darkness out - and we readers will get the benefit through wonderfully written books with great characters and superb plots that fit into a really fantastic overarching story arc. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises - these books definitely deserve it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that each book is most definitely “one to read”, and each is easy to highly recommend.
A new player enters the scene. He seems to be playing both sides. Now Brie will have to make a deal w Brett to help save Cayden. Also, she will discover the truth of her lineage and why she is wanted so badly. Will the deal have dire consequences? Who will be sacrificed in the next round between the wolves?
Another amazing story in this superb fantasy story. Cayden is supposed to protect Brie, but it won’t happen. At some point you feel like jumping in and helping. Hopefully there’ll be more in the series.
A perfect continuation of the series. So much is happening to Brie and Cayden but warlocks using dark magic wasn't something they expected to go up against. Can they turn the warlocks away from helping the Savages? Who will come out on top? Only time will tell.
I love this series! So much going on every time you think the characters are getting ahead something happens. Can't wait to see where this series goes in the next book! So much going on. The series really needs to be read in order.
Getting stood as the story goes on, Bri is a royal noble wolf and very powerful, the truth about all is coming out and poor cayden is still cursed. I need more lol
This book picks up two months after the conclusion in the previous installment. After the ending in book 2, the Savage wolfs are a bigger threat than ever before. There are some new elements introduced in this series, some revelations and plot twists. They all add to the story and the ending just leaves you wondering what’s coming next! I for one, like where this series is heading, can’t wait for the next book.

Poor Cayden and Brie! Just when you think things are going to be okay, a curve ball is thrown at them. Now it is up to Brie to save Cayden and even the pack. I am so excited with how much Brie got to shine in Magic Bound! I couldn't put this book down and I need more of this story and the characters!
Twists and turns, deception and turmoil surrounding everyone in this book. Some hard truths are revealed also. Brie and Cayden are fighting a curse that could kill Cayden and destroy the pack. This book was so good I finished it in one day.
book 3 in this series continues to keep me reading. and just like 1 and 2 i couldnt put it down. waiting to read book 4 to see how it all ends. im sure theres at least a few more twists to it
