Hi, and welcome to my Goodreads page!

I love to write books about living a fabulous life without spending a lot of money.

I adore mindset work and how we get to be happier and more successful just from looking at things from a different angle. We get to change our circumstances if we want to, and change our thoughts as well.

My goal when I write my books is to provide inspiration, ideas, and reminders for my readers so that they can wear their rose-tinted sunglasses as they live their life. Just like I do!

I have found that everything works out better when you are positive as much as possible. When you expect things to work out for the best. When you have gratitude for all you have. And when you are always looking at how to make your life better, and richer (in all ways). In doing all these things you are elevating the happiness levels of those around you as well as yourself.

Of course life isn't perfect and we all go through sad or difficult times, however I believe when we are starting from a base level of positivity, it makes those times easier to bear.

I love the saying attributed to Queen Elizabeth II's private secretary, who told her that her job was to spread a carpet of happiness wherever she went. I have taken this on as my own life's motto and with my writing too.

I hope you enjoy reading my books and get loads of golden nuggets from them. Happy reading and please let me know your thoughts or leave a review!

Fiona has done it again!

I highly recommend this book - actually, every book - that Fiona has written. She never fails to inspire! Well done! If I had to say anything on the slightly negative side it would be that there were a few words that were out of place/missing in sentences during the editing. It is something that is not extremely important, but Fiona asked for honest reviews! They do not take away from her message, however. I simply adore her books, and have come to know her in a personal sense in that she shares many character traits that I also have. After reading her books, I feel like I've just had a wonderful conversation - and therapy session! - with a good friend...thanks, Fiona!

I love Fiona Ferris's books, so I when I knew that this new one was just released I was so excited that I purchased it that very first day. It has not disappointed at all! The book is so inspiring that sometimes I had to put it down to make some improvements at home or on myself!

Easy, simple everyday chic!

I feel like Fiona is a classy friend that is giving true, simple advice for simple joy, beauty and happiness for the everyday woman. Cultivating poise and chic habits into our routines can be as simple as selecting a capsule wardrobe with classic pieces, using our best tea cups each day, or creating an inexpensive but consistent beauty routine. I read and re-read her books and blog and love listening to her pleasant podcasts on YouTube as well!

Details and suggestions large and small which can add elegance and beauty to life! Also read other books by this author and this builds on previous books and blog articles without being repetitious. Highly recommend!

Light reading. Some fun ideas to add to your day. Since the author is a work at home author her daily schedule/plan may not be realistic for most, but there are nice take aways you incorporate.

This was my first book by Fiona and now I want to read them all.
I found I had so much in common with what was mentioned in the book not only my love of Paris, but the personal development inspiration, her love of lists, and her chic style.
I’m sure I’ll be listening to the audiobook again because I found it very inspiring.
