Rate this book
Breeze escapes his demons in Florida by moving to the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. He and Brody are settling into their new life when he stumbles onto a plot of marijuana plants on public land. Knowing a thing or two about growing weed, Breeze befriends the mysterious mountain man tending to the crop.

When his new friend is killed, he tries to help law enforcement solve the crime. When the authorities prove reluctant, he is forced to take matters into his own hands. In the process, he transforms from boat bum to a true man of the mountains.

Another great read by Ed Robinson

Thanks for the continued adventures of Breeze, but in a new dimension! Always keep you on the edge of your seat.

Mountain Breeze takes on a whole new altitude.

This story sounds" small town " typical. In a good book way. This gives way to contact with the FBI. The story is good overall and pretty believable. Worth a read.

Excellent...mystery...comedy...intrigue!!!

This was an XLNT read. Fun characters with an intriguing storyline. What can beat that for a weekend read. It's always great to read about places and surroundings unfamiliar. Books can take you everywhere!!!!

Change Suits Breeze and Brody Well!

I was initially concerned over the change in setting. Concern totally unfounded. Long live Breeze and Brody! Well done Ed!

I have read all of ED's books and this probably is one of the best. Love the mountains and his knowledge of them is amazing.

Disappointing read, it had great potential but ended up appearing to be a book that was rushed to be finished. It’s readable.

Good first book.

Different not having boats ⛵ and oceans in background. Though this Bayard Breeze gets in shot every where he goes.

Enjoyed reading this book

Likeable and interesting characters, story moves along quickly and though fairly predictable stays captivating til the end. Will move on to the next book in this series. Really enjoy Breeze and Brody. What do they get into next?

Breeze makes it

Once again another great story as told by the author the switch from the keys to North Carolina proves that shot happens no matter where breeze is on to number 2 in the series

Not the same

Breeze belongs in a boat working his way from adventure to adventure. I understand that the author needed to switch gears, but I miss the Florida backdrop

Onward and upward

Touch the sky, be closer to nature, feel life, love it. This can be done in the mountains as well as the sea. This I know.
Rock on

Miss the trawler trash

Good read but the absence of good boats and salty adventures kind of let's the reader down. The author still writes a good story.

Good story but the writing style just isn't for me. May continue on with the series down the line.
