Another enjoyable read by Tami Lund. This was the continuation of Resist, Abigail's sister Anya's book and it did a very good job of rounding out the story of this odd little 'family'. We got a better backstory on Parnell and learned some about Abby's motivations. The little side journey to Jamaica to learn that human's aren't any better than vampires (if not worse) was a fun jaunt. All in all, a short and sweet romance.

Abby had been a blood courtesan and had fallen for her vampire, but he set me free saying vampires and humans shouldn't be together. However now I'm in danger and he is the only one who can save me.

Lots of drama in this story that is a continuation of existing blood courtesan books. Lots of drama, danger and excitement in this story that eventually had the right ending.

Love love love this series.

This is the best series ever. Everyone I have read has been fantastic and this book was right at the top. Can’t put these down.
