Confessions of a Corrections Nurse

by Tamika Smith

Jasmine Wainwright, a young sheltered woman with dreams of being a travel nurse, lands her first travel contract in a city seven hundred miles from home. During her assignment, she makes acquaintances with a paid, flashy, and boisterous nurse named Ryann. Jasmine's new friend turns her on to the world of corrections and a side hustle that affords her the life she always thought she wanted, but proved to be more than a preacher's daughter could handle. Jasmine is forced out of her comfort zone and moral compass as she navigates through the corrupt corrections system.
