Another read for my masters in health administration program. A lot of great insight, and not just for managers/supervisors within an organization. I think the world would benefit if everyone employed the attributes of a natural leader: Make the right things matter most, move beyond the superficial in your connection with others, be optimistic and openhearted, trigger the best instinct in others and trust emergence.

I read this for a course that I took in project management. However, I would recommend this book to anyone as many ideas are presented that could positively affect readers' personal and professional lives.
