Livvy is a woman who knows who she is and what she wants, for some reason I didn't really connect with Livvy right from the beginning … Now Roderick, I've always loved him, so getting his story is an extra treat.
Idk for sure how JG does it, with each new book she keeps things fresh & interesting, usually introduces us to great secondary characters. With that said …I really loved & adored both Cam & Astrid… I can’t wait to hear Cam story in book 18… Most would think by now that, I’d be sick to death of this club, but on the contrary … my way of thinking is keep them coming JG

A man, who loves his mother!!! Swoon!!!
Absolutely loved how he cared for his mother and sisters!
I must admit the storyline was a bit too confusing for me and I didn't particularly liked their way of earning money, but the story itself and the side characters were good.
It's about friendship and family, about damaged people, who found their salvation.
It still bothered me, that the hero was a manwhore in the past and they repeated it many times - I guess it's like a setting on Amazon in my account: when I download a book, they copy some passages and insert them every 10%, so me, as a reader, won't get irritated and get the meaning. What a great feature it is! 🤣
Cool heroine, badass. Liked her.
Cam and Astrid - their stories will be epic.
Astrid - my favourite 😍. My 2 besties would love her 😉

When is a badass biker more of a heartwarming marshmallow, you ask?? When Jessica Gadziala created RODERICK, a smashing blend of sweet, sassy and dangerous romantic suspense with a very soft side.
I always say, this is my favorite addition to the series and then the next book comes along and I have a new favorite biker, couple and group of characters! THIS time, I really, REALLY mean it, though! (Honest!) Roderick is simply amazing, Livvy is amazing, Astrid is a scream and Cam, oh my, Cam is a heartbreaker.
With less drama, more softness and some sweet romantic tension, once again, this series has grown without getting old or overdone. Jessica Gadziala has the talent to keep things fresh, a little different and I'm always hanging on for her next great read!

Gah!! I can’t get enough of the Navesink Bank world that Jessica Gadziela has created! This was the 15th instalment of the Henchmen series and I am not even tired of it one bit!
In this instalment Roderick meets his match when a woman comes and steals his guns while he’s delivering them to the customer. The theft of the guns starts an exciting story of Roderick searching for the woman who stole them!!
I have to say that I fell in love with Liv’s tiny group that stick together while they do their gun running!!! Camden especially has me super intrigued and I can’t wait to get to his book! The secondary characters in this series are always super interesting and it just keeps me wanting more!!
I highly recommend this series for lovers of MC series!!

This is book 15. I’m still reading and still enjoying this series. Roderick is cute and adorable and anyone who looks after their mum and sisters like he does is all good.
I liked Liv, Astrid and Camden as well.
But this has to be the weakest story so far. And I know it’s just to get them to meet but I feel it’s running out of steam now. Although I’ve been waiting for Roans book for a while now and I’m nearly there…

This book was as hot and satisfying as a tall cup of coffee with a shot of Puerto Rican caramel goodness!
Jessica, paired with her word chisel and hammer, has painstakingly carved a huge section of my heart out and labeled it “Henchmen MC”. That corner designed for motorcycles and The Girls Club continues to grow and will eventually consume the better portion of my chest cavity labeled “books”. For most of her fans, the wait and anticipation for the next gun running biker in our 1% collective feels akin to Christmas. And she never disappoints.

This has to be one of my favorite ways a couple has met. It’s not often the antagonist is a woman AND the heroine of the story. I love meeting a character I can not only love but support in their actions as the story goes on. Livvy is a strong, determined, badass of a woman who, despite being female, holds her own in a male dominated trade. Livianna’s past may have gotten her to the point in her life where we meet her, but it in no way stunted her from growing into a capable leader. She’s also the natural matriarch of her rag-tag little family.
I also appreciate that when any Spanish slips into the dirty talk, she doesn’t need him to translate. Nothing can kill the mood like stopping to ask, “what did you say?”
If you don’t already stalk JG on all internet platforms, head your cute butt on over to Pinterest or FB and look at her inspiration photo for Roderick. Just look at him...

I’ve managed to nearly wipe the dopey smile from my face to resume. Nearly. Roderick has been a hot, fun-loving, and flirty addition to the Henchmen for some time now. I, along with his mother, have been waiting to see this man fall. Fall hard. I loved seeing a glimpse into his family life, and seeing that all that tanned skinned sweetness had some dark history as well. Roderick is a hero anyone can appreciate because a man with attention to detail is a keeper. A man who doesn’t make you feel less capable is a keeper. Sexy alphas who will take care of things when you can’t are keepers. I want to keep him, and I promise not just to look at him.
Adding to my ever growing list of characters near and dear to me are Cam and Astrid. I love that Livvy’s family is a packaged deal and not left to the wayside when she finds her man. I hate when reading a romance, the side characters become background noise to the love interest or the sex scenes. Don’t get me wrong, the sexy parts are as steamy as ever. But, Jessica has a way of making you want to add every character to a hope-they-get-a-book TBR pile.
I also appreciate the small peeks here and there of our other beloved Henchmen. Can’t wait for the next one....see? It’s like Christmas.

Roderick and Livvy! Lets talk about the cutest criminal meetcute you have come across in a long time (or ever). Livvy is a woman who knows who she is and what she wants, and while it takes some pushing sometimes from her family (amazing new characters and I CAN'T WAIT for their stories to be told). And Roderick, I've always loved him, so getting his story is an extra treat. Jessica did great job bringing these two beautiful people together, and allowing them to just be them and grow as they need to. I love Rodericks whole famiy and getting glimpses of his life. This was a great addition to the already stellar Henchman series. I highly recommend. (all of them...)

5 Mamí 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Roderick is a very hot member of the Henchmen. He has carried the responsibility of his 5 sister's and mother for most of his life without complaint because of his love for them. Joining the Henchmen gave him a sense of freedom with women. He works just as the rest of the members do as gun runners. this is how he meets Liv.
Liv and her two friends/ business partners are more like family then most blood. They have hustled from the start to make a name for them selves running guns. Not wanting to lose a client they make the hard and unfortunate choice to steal the final gun they are trying to inquire so they don't lose money and a client. This is where she meets Roderick.
Roderick and Liv had a very gun running meet cute. From the start they had sparks. the more time they had together the more perfect they seemed for each other. I really loved the growth of their relationship throughout the book. And every time Roderick called her mamí I swear I felt it!
I absolutely love the side characters!! Cam being mute/ quiet something about that makes him all the more sexy! I can't wait for his story! He has to get a story!!! And Astrid is really a lost child a heart. She just needs acceptance, love and understanding from those few she chooses to let in. Rodericks 5 sister's are amazing too!!! Can't wait to hear more about them.
The epilogue is really sweet. It give us a glimpse of what to expect next. I truly enjoyed this story from cover to cover as I have all of the Henchmen. I highly recommend this series!!!

Someone would think the 15th book of a series is too much. Others like me say it’s definitely not enough 🤷🏻♀. When you have an author, who writes books with so much emotions and love ❤, there can be a hundred books in a series and it is still so exiting and wonderful like the Henchmen MC series 😍.
Roderick is the man every woman wants to have. Easygoing, nonchalant, cool and to top this all good looking and charming. Livianna is a though, hard working, smart and loyal women who takes care of the ones she loves the most and always puts her own needs aside. He is a outlaws Henchman with a big heart and longing for stability and security. She is a gun runner, a leader with longing for home and security with a lot of trust issues. The perfect match for their jobs and for each other 😍.
A perfect story for all the HEA believers.

I loved this continuation of Henchmen and the introduction of new characters. Roderick seems like such a dream and Livianna was awesome. I'm glad this was a little lower key and less drama then some of the other Henchmen ... not that I didnt absolutely love the other books but it is nice that not every book is drama filled. I do love Astrid and Cam, and look forward to them having their own books.

Let me start by saying I absolutely LOVED this latest book in the Henchmen MC Series. I’m not sure how Jessica does it, with each new book she keeps things fresh and interesting, usually introduces us to great secondary characters that you find yourself wanting to know more about and hoping they get their own story and HEA. Needless to say, I give this book 5 stars because it was so good!

AMAZING! I cannot describe how Jessica just has this way of creating worlds and characters that make you wish you were there with them. Not just main characters but literally every character you want to know their back story and it immerses you completely in the story. Livianna is such a bad ass chick that you just wanna be friends with and Roderick is like the definition of perfection. Sexy biker with muscles, who is soft and gentle but won’t hesitate to get bloody to protect his own! Astrid is that wild and crazy sister that will put you in your place And Cam... *heart squeeze* I love him and can’t wait to see where both their stories lead!!!!

The 15th book in the series and it is just as good if not better than book 1. MUST READ!
I will admit I am a Jessica Gadziala fan! Her heroes are yummy and even when they are bad boys they all have good hearts. Her heroines are multi-dimensional and many of the kick-a** variety. She writes great secondary characters that make the universe bigger, better and often leave me panting for those characters to get their HEA. Her worlds are rich and her stories often full of surprises. Plus every book has a guaranteed HEA and an epilogue that is so worth reading the book for. Roderick is all of this and more. It’s Jessica at her best giving us a phenomenal hero in Roderick, a kick–a** boss of a heroine in Livvy, a new array of secondary characters I cannot wait to learn more about and for them to each get their own books, and an epilogue that gives a glimpse to a HEA that continues on.
Though a part of the Henchmen MC series, the vast majority of this storyline happens in the city not in Navesink Bank. You will of course get little peeks and updates on the Henchmen and the girl’s club but you could easily read Roderick as a standalone and still fully enjoy it.
Roderick is a member of Henchmen 2.0, one of the recruits brought in after the MC was devastated. Sweet-talking with a big heart, Roderick is loyal, sweet, gentle and caring but no pushover; he is still a muscular, gunrunning biker after all. With 5 younger sisters, all dating age, and a mother that he takes care of (you’ll learn more why when you read the book), Roderick gets women, respects them and enjoys them, but has never really settled down or committed to one. Sent on his first solo assignment to make a delivery to a collector, Roderick is robbed of the guns and all he sees is a great tush as she leaves the scene.
The great behind belongs to Livvy who runs her own small gun running operation with the help of her family of the heart, Astrid and Camden. Once Roderick tracks Livvy and her partners in crime down the sparks start to fly and the temperature rises.
I really enjoyed the evolution of the relationship between Roderick and Livvy. He is the biker but is also the one open to the developing relationship, willing to talk through his and her feelings and the caretaker. Livvy is more closed, more thorn than rose, unwilling or unable to open herself up to what could be even as it is happening.
There is a lot to love in Roderick. Not only are Roderick and Livvy great, but also they are great together bringing out the best in one another. I loved that the evolution of their relationship drove the story and there was not yet another threat to the MC forcing them together. Roderick and Livvy are everything you want in a romance, great chemisty, rising heat, challenges external and self-imposed driving their relationship and the storyline and a guaranteed HEA. My personal favorite element, Roderick is a hero that made my belly flutter, because who would not get all a flutter when a hot, golden skinned, muscular Latino calls his love mamí.
I also loved all the new characters we met in this book. Astrid, all I can say is OMG and we have to learn more, and Camden brings now meaning to the strong, gorgeous, silent type. Lets not forget Roderick’s 5 sisters each more beautiful then the last. They all deserve their own happily ever afters. In addition, we get a to check in with many old favorites in the Henchmen MC, the girl gang and Hailstorm with a little extra something in the epilogue from L (was that a hint Jessica of what is to come?), Chris and so much more.
Every Henchmen and Jessica Gadziala fan needs to read this book, but even if you are new to Navesink Back or never read any of Jessica’s books before, you should pick up Roderick. It is a HEA every romance reader will love. 5 Stars

I also loved all the new characters we met in this book. Astrid, all I can say is OMG and we have to learn more, and Camden brings now meaning to the strong, gorgeous, silent type. Lets not forget Roderick’s 5 sisters each more beautiful then the last. They all deserve their own happily ever afters. In addition, we get a to check in with many old favorites in the Henchmen MC, the girl gang and Hailstorm with a little extra something in the epilogue from L (was that a hint Jessica of what is to come?), Chris and so much more.
Every Henchmen and Jessica Gadziala fan needs to read this book, but even if you are new to Navesink Back or never read any of Jessica’s books before, you should pick up Roderick. It is a HEA every romance reader will love. 5 Stars

Im usually a fan of this author's books so I think this one will deserve a reread just to make sure but for now.........
Too much internal monologue not enough dialogue
This plot was so confusing I almost wanted V back
Did Roderick call someone else Mami in the previous books? Like I didn't find the nickname special and every time I read it I pictured a young Latino wanna be bad boy trying to Mac on the ladies
Roderick has to be the least badass of all the badasses

Roderick and Livianna "Livvy" were everything I wanted and not anything that I expected... When Roderick "meets" Liv or rather watches her run away it ends in a pretty bad day for him. Their initial meeting is hands down my favorite "henchmen style meet cute " ever 😍 Roderick and Livvy both have pasts that they prefer not to talk about; they both like to keep any type of relationship "light". All of that changes with a super charged connection that neither one was prepared for 🖤
This was a more low key Henchman read compared to some of the previous books but it was still packed full of everything I love about this series...badass strong females, adventure, amazing secondary characters (Cam & Astrid😍), catch ups with the girls club and all the other members & all the swoon worthy moments. I loved this book so hard & I cannot wait for the next one 🖤

Seriously, I don’t know how after 50 books (I believe this is book 51) in 3 years, Jessica Gadziala can still continue to write such spectacular books! Roderick is book #15 in the Henchmen MC series and we still continue to want more!
This one was a bit less drama filled but still packed an emotional punch. Both Roderick and Liv have had dark and difficult childhoods which made them the way they are now; with a strong protective instinct, determined in anything they set their minds to, and completely bad a$$!
Liv’s childhood was rough, she left her home as teenager and happen to learn the trade of running guns. During a gig gone bad, she met Camden and then when Astrid came along they created their own family and their own small gun running business. As for Roderick, he has been taking care of his mother and five sisters since he was just a teenager, so to continue to give his mother an easier life he joins the Henchmen MC. Along with being able to provide for his family, the Henchmen gives him a sense of freedom to let go a little and have some fun. But this is the Henchmen MC so they also run guns and this is where he meets Liv and her makeshift family. The way they meet is actually quite amusing, but the Henchmen’s reputation is on the line so Roderick tracks them down to resolve his mistake. What ensues is time for the two to get to know each other and find how perfect they are for one another. I loved the evolution of their relationship so much. I think what I loved the most was how Liv, who was always the “mom” in their makeshift family finally had someone else take care of her.
I can not end my review without mentioning Cam and Astrid again, Jessica Gadziala introduces such awesome secondary characters in her books that we all want their story. Cam, the strong and silent type, we find out a smidgen of the secrets he has been keeping and Astrid, seen as the wild child but with vengeance in her eyes. These two helped create a family and now with Liv finding her happily ever after, I want Cam and Astrid get theirs too.
Another great installment of the Henchmen MC series! Can not wait to see who is next!

Finally we get the smooth talking Spanish hunk of handsome goodness Roderick!!!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeek.
I learned the hard way to not assume whom characters would end up with or how the story would go with this author because she always surprises me.
Roderick is everything I imagined and so much more. He has all that alpha badassness about him that will get your panties burning. But!.. he is also so fucking sweet he'll give you a toothache. Like seriously, he's kind, considerate and tentive even in the most unlikely of circumstances. Legit the perfect balance of man right there. Oh and the Naughty Spanish whispers.. oh yeah, that totally did it for me.
Livianna (Liv) is a badass to the bone with a spine of fucking steel. A survivor. I wasn't expecting her but she fit so perfectly. However despite her tough exterior she was sweet to those she loved and fiercely protective. Relatable in her struggles and easy to connect to. It's easy to forget she's a character when reading this because she felt so real.
The story was unexpected in the best way. Suspenseful, climactic, funny and sensual... the list goes on. I can't even with the greatness. The story has depth. Real raw emotion making it easy to connect to. The characters are out of this world. Dynamic personalities with palpable chemistry that draws you in from the getgo. I love the crazy family vibe and all the outrageous shenanigans that go along with them. It's nuts but lord do I love these characters and the larger then life world that comes with them.
The new faces are throwing a real spanner in the mix!. Their story's ripped my heart apart with what little I know. I'm preparing myself for the epic emotional heart ache that will no doubt come with their full stories. I need Cams story yesterday!.
I also can't help but think on who Astrid will end up loving!!. SHOOKITH with all the possibilities.

Roderick, the gorgeous Puerto Rican Henchman, meets his match after his gun deal goes wrong. Delivering some very rare guns to one of the Henchmen's oldest and eccentric clients, Roderick is attacked by the client's crazy dog. While he's on the ground trying to dislodge the bugger's teeth from mauling his arm, he glimpses the back of a brunette fleeing with the guns and jumping into the backseat of a waiting SUV that promptly disappears from sight. Basically, all Roderick can confirm is the basic description of the car and that the thief had a mighty fine ass. Needless to say, he's tasked with finding the guns (and thieves), because nobody messes with the Henchmen and gets away scotfree. But what happens when he finds the thieves and discovers that not only is the front of that woman just as beautiful as her backside, but over time, figures out that what is inside her is even more precious? Freaking awesome story!

Livianna had a rough childhood and her best memories are when she was taken in by a older criminal. After he is gunned down she eventually meets up with a war veteran who doesn't speak and a young woman with a past as bad as hers. The three of them form a bond and become their own gang of gun runners..
Roderick and the gang collide when they decide to divest him of his delivery.. This was a humorous outing in The Henchmen series and another entertaining read.

I have loved Roderick for a while now. It’s great to finally have his story told as only Jessica can. Livvy was the perfect woman for him. I loved the chemistry between these two. He’s sweet, fun, and hotter than a August day in the south. She’s independent, smart, beautiful , takes care of her own, and has an unforgettable ass. When these two get together you can hear the explosions. 💥💥 Cam and Astrid were great new characters I hope we will be seeing them more. It’s always great to see the Henchmen and the women we love so well. I can’t wait for the next.

Wow great addition to this long awesome series! At first in the first couple of pages I was like uuuuhhh not feeling it but then all of a sudden it kicked into JG greatness.
Love Roderick and the chemistry between him and Liv. All through this book I kept thinking we already had the story for Astrid. Maybe I am thinking another series, but her and Cam’s story would be awesome! (Not together or together? Either one )

I don't know what it was about this one but I didn't get into it as easily as the others. I was pissed off a bit in the beginning and I'm just not sure honestly. It was a good story. But I just never connected with the characters like I usually do.

Roderick feels like he was made a fool of but it wasn't all his fault. Should have had back up but instead a dog used his arm as a chew toy and someone else stole from him. He plans to get it back and make it home for Christmas dinner with his family.
Liv and her buddies are just getting their name out there for gun running. She kinda stumbled into the business. She knew had gotten hold of the special gun her buyer wanted and didn't think they could find them after they stole it.... wrong.
Roderick's family didn't start off great but he has done everything a kid/young teen could do. I think he did a great job.
Liv had a rough childhood and doesn't understand love. She very much likes her bff's but love is useless.

Nothing wrong with it it just wasn't as strong as most of the others in this series. But I did enjoy all of the character. I'm so excited for Cam's books and I hope Astrid get her own too. <3
Roderick and Liv were fun in that she is a criminal like he is and that she bested him right in the beginning but there just wasn't the same depth as most of the other stories in The Henchmen.

Roderick started out a little slower than the other books in this series to me, and I was a little nervous about possibly not liking it. For some reason I had a difficult time connecting to Livianna and all her inner analyzing and thinking.
I never should have worried. Once the characters met, I felt the same love I’ve felt for the previous Henchmen books and was swept up in the story. Roderick and Livvy are so sweet together. I adored Roderick and his sexy Puerto Rican accent. I respected his affection and love for his mom and sisters. We learn their background and that respect just multiplied. Roderick is truly a good man and was so perfect for Livvy. Livvy was a survivor. She had background of her own and did what it took to make it.
Livvy’s roommates and best friends Camden and Astrid added so much to the story. Astrid has a funny personality and I hope we learn more about her in upcoming books. Camden... wow! JG, you left me speechless. What a special man.
Great epilogue and as always looking forward to the next book that takes us back into the wonderful world of Navesink Bank.
