There have been a lot of books published recently about empathise and this one rises above most. This is one of the few authors who actually talk about how to become less sensitive as an empath (rather than just protect and clear all the time). I'm not sure I agree with all her methods, but of you are an empath who hasn't found relief yet in other books, definitely give this one a try!
Had some good info I'd never heard elsewhere. Most of the exercises were pretty useful, although I wasn't big on the one for reading other people's energy centers. The violet flame was probably my fave, along with the bedtime rituals to remove other people's emotions and whatnot. Oh and the exercise to consciously close off your energy too.
Perfect for empaths and sensitives like me. Anna's work gave me excellent guidance to create my own energy and sovereignty protocols, along with removing psychic ties, unwanted influencing energy, or just plain negativity. Highly recommend, but make it your own. I use it in my personal spiritual practice as well as with clients who agree to clear their energy fields.
